waited over a week for any communication regarding my withdrawal. i tried to withdraw on the 11th May, i then received around half of it a week later and still after nearly a month waiting on the second half. the customer live chat is awful. you get told different things every time you speak to them. the customer service is atrocious, they will just end the live chat on you as well. used to be a very good site and instant withdrawal but after this i will not be trusting them again.

I like this casino however I have had to drop from 4 stars to 2 because of the awful withdrawal system. I have been playing with 888 for 6 years and had no problems, up until around a month ago.
