Another company in a miserable state! Supposedly one of the biggest operators, but I think it's practically ruined post-Covid! In the last 2-3 months, they have had the worst RTP rates in history! Almost every single deposit, regardless of whether it's small or large, you lose immediately! Whether you play with 0.20 or 10, it doesn't matter, you keep losing constantly! They've reached an unbelievable point! Whether it's due to the fines they've paid or the operators they've acquired recently, it's unclear, but it seems they've sworn to burden their losses on the players, determined to make up for their losses in this way! I recommend staying away for a long time. I requested my report for the last 2 months, and history has never seen anything like this! Moreover, their support system has collapsed! Understand their situation and stay away!

Cannot withdraw funds what a joke can anyone help

Place a bet, my bet won and now my account has been suspended. The online chat said someone from the relevant team will get back to me, I’m still waiting… This is not good enough 888

Do not bet with them. They have only live chat and the agents suspended my account because I said two deposits didn't come to my account and it's stressing me out. He purposely misconstrued my chat by concluding that gambling is stressing me out. Also they stopped me on day three from bonuses.
The company uses only e transfers and bank said they cant help as e transfers are same as dropping cash.
I have used other sites since and it's day and night.

Bet on the Grand National and won. Only needed a card to place deposit. To withdraw winnings they want bank account details, recent bank statement and photo ID WITH signature. The only reason for this site to need that much information is to fake and steal your ID. I would report them to Action Fraud or other fraud agencies if you are struggling to withdraw funds from them

No option for zero stars.Trying to withdraw is a joke, no options other than wire transfer and you need to provide documentation so let’s see what happens.BUT no documentation needed to deposit so you can lose as much as you want without ID but can’t withdraw. AVOID at all costs and I’ve been betting with them for years,once I get my balance back I’ll never use them again.Oh I forgot to say they have no UK based telephone number so all contact is via a very long live chat as the one operator obviously deals with several chats at the same time because the delay is very annoying. 😢

7 TIMES IN A ROW I HAVE HAD A NO WIN ,

I was having no issues and had a verified account. I received 3 withdrawals in March without incident. Nothing changed with my bank account or my 888 account. Fast forward 12 days and now I cannot withdraw. I have 2 pending April 11 and 15. The first one was “rejected by my bank” and they haven’t attempted the 2nd.
I have sent my documents through the website and to several different email communications.
I have spent far too much money on the site, even reached VIP status and now the $200 + $300 withdraw requests are still awaiting processing.
I keep getting the run around, through chat function and through emails “sorry, we have no update for you”. I would not have put more in and attempted another withdraw if I would have known they were going to do everything in their power to keep prevent me access to the funds. They also refused to cancel one of the pendings so I could at least play with some of my money while they sort whatever out on their end.
I just want the money back, which is still far less than I have put in.

I provided documentation to this Company and they come back and accused me of providing an out of date passport after stopping my account due to no verification on their system.

As if it was not bad enough before dealing with this company, I advised them that if they looked closely they can view the passport expiring March 2027.

Hopefully its not me but I think that's three years away. I feel that this Company has a lot to answer for and gives me an indication of how much attention to detail has gone down rapidly over the past ten years. Therefore I have asked them to delete all docs sent to them as I shall not be betting with them. How can you trust a company that cannot even get a passport expiry date correct!

I'm very much disappointed on this site , they allowed me to deposit close to £1300 with no wins only for them to bun me till the 27th of June . To me this looks more of a scam when I had hopes I would get the money back only to realise my depositing has been blocked . When I enquire I'm being told it'd for my safety where was the safety concern when you chowed £1300 this is not fair and I am giving others a heads up not to attempt . When I spoke to the consultant she ridiculed me and told me about an email even when I explained I didn't receive she then told me to check my spam . To a point she never bothered to end my conversation with her properly I don't even want to mention whether it was a racism issue but I felt highly and unfairly treated .
