I deposited 500 I played 5 hours same game and nothing!!!! Update: I've deposited another 500 and nothing so don't lose your money here guys

I was blocked from this site. Forced ban for 5 years. Why? Because I challenged them over a slot game I played. I queried how the game outcome was in comparison to other sites. They didn't like it, as I managed to prove my findings. I also reported this the the UKGC. Probably why out of spite they blocked me. Players beware. They like it their own way and not the players way, even after producing compelling evidence !

Site stole £20 from me.

Doesn't seem a lot but after reading the review it seems it's happening to other customers too. Does anyone know how to get this investigated and stop it happening to others. They fob you off and make up stories, we appear to be powerless to stop it.

SCAMMERS! 888Casino Robbed Me – Stay Away!

888Casino is an absolute joke and a total scam. I made what I thought was my first account and deposited £10, only to find out later I apparently had an old account I didn’t even remember. Any normal, decent website would just tell you your email is already in use and block the duplicate – but not these clowns. They happily took my money, let me play for a bit, and then suddenly logged me out mid-game.

Now I can’t access the new account, can’t get my money back, and there’s literally no way to get real support. Their “live chat” is a joke – you either get stuck with bots or, if you're lucky enough to reach an agent, they straight up end the chat before you even finish typing your problem. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in helping anyone.

This is theft, plain and simple. £10 might not be much, but it’s the principle – and if they’re doing this to others too, that adds up fast. Avoid 888Casino at all costs. They’re scammers hiding behind broken systems and useless support. I’ll never trust this site again.

I opened my account of 888 casino, played some money and I doubled it, but when i requested a withdraw they deactivated my account and they sent me this email 2 months ago:
"Your account has not passed our routine security checks which has led us to block it as it is currently under investigation.
This is a discretionary decision and as stated in our Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to suspend your membership and therefore in accordance with these conditions your account with us has been blocked as it is currently under investigation.
During this period no further transactions will occur on this account and any future accounts you open will be blocked and their deposits may not be refunded."
After 2 months I decided to contact the assistance, but they made me wait 30 min for response, copied and pasted the same email they sent me and told me they don't have other infos about my situation.
Obviously they kept the money, but that's not the problem, the problem is that they betrayed my trust in the service, which is far worst then losing a couple hundred euro.
Then its just a post to beware new comers, if you win it could happen even to you.

Requested for two payouts …received nothing back.
Helpline useless.
Rip off merchants …would seriously recommend anyone thinking of joining this lot to give these modern day cowboys a wide berth.

Terrible betting site. Happy to take your deposit but do not allow withdrawal. Suspended account with the money in it. Using live chat, they just lead you down blind alleys and ignore anything asking to withdraw money. Do not use

On Wednesday I deposited £200 and got a verification email. I had to send ID and proof of address which I did. Account was then verified. I deposited a further £800 throughout the day. The balance was £1404 when I got another email saying account was suspended.

I needed to provide a picture of the card back and front used for deposits. Also a copy of my bank statement. A selfie of me holding a picture of my username and a selfie of me holding id.

All provided.

A further email asking for a picture of me holding a bank statement that was used to fund the bank account used for 888.

20 pictures later and still waiting on account verified.

Subsequently I've had an email stating that I am no longer able to bet on sports.

All I want is my money back.

The live chat is just generic responses. They will tell you anything in order to not pay out.

My pictures are apparently blurry even tho there have been 20 taken on a Google xl phone with one of the best cameras on the market.

888 doesn't pay customers in a timely manner. Took over a month to collect 10 grand from them. Takes 3 to 7 days under $1000. Plus you have to call them and hound them to get paid. I thought this was normal as it was my first time on a gambling site. But I switched over to 2 other sites and get paid within 3 hours. So it's obvious this company shouldn't be operating
