They used to be a good place to get custom stitched shalwaar kameez, but not anymore!! My daughter and I ordered four Eid suits, and each one has an issue with the pant. One shalwaar was stitched like a man’s. One was made too short, and with elastic (despite asking for drawstring). One pant was stitched capri length. I’m never ordering from them again.

786shop is a wonderful company. They customize your outfits. They are extremely precise. They keep their customers in the loop about how long it takes to make an outfit, when the process is finished, when your item(s) are shipped, and when they will be arriving. They are very organized and professional.

The embroidery material quality was poor and rusty. The “negh” are messing with cloth and pulling threads strings. Design shown in picture was not exactly made for my order. I paid extra shipping for 2 separate orders while both were shipped together. I should get reimbursed for one extra shipping.

Excellent Customer Service
I’ve placed several orders in the past and they all arrived on time, but the dress I ordered recently, was lost during shipping. Customer service was so very helpful in the whole matter. They were in constant communication with me, and explained the claim process thoroughly. My replacement dress arrived today and is more than beautiful!
