AVOID AT ALL COSTS, this is the email i sent to the them explaining my issue and they will just ignore you.
Hello I am contacting you regarding a parcel I was suppose to receive through your courier service, I bought something of Ebay on the 13th of November, I contacting the seller through Ebay and they provided me with a tracking number, it showed that the parcel already had tried to be deliver twice but nobody was home which is impossible as my mother isn’t at work and is home all the time to answer the door, also I have cameras on the house and NOBODY has attempted to deliver a parcel, last Friday I rang your number of the website after many calls someone finally answered and told me the parcel is at the Nottingham depo and that it will be re-delivered on Monday, I received nothing, I tried calling all day Tuesday and Wednesday between 10-20 times and no answer, what kind of business are you running if you can’t even be made contact with, the part was for a car that i’m selling and now the customer has cancelled because they didn’t want to wait any longer meaning i have now lost earnings, if you could be bothered to respond that would be greatly appreciated.
