Great piece of kit as long as used correctly

This massager fits in my small hand and allows me to pin point the exact location where the knot in my neck is. It is particularly helpful as my hand aches after 30 seconds of having to massage my neck manually and this has led to me having to visit a chiropractor - something I could have avoided if I had bought this sooner! Apparently I now have scar tissue in my neck muscle due to not dealing with this before now. If I can persist with using this hand massager (as it is soo painful, but at least I have control over the pain, whereas with the chiropractor.....OUCH) - I should be able to prevent further problems.

Very fast delivery and good price

.....I am very pleased with the Yoga Mat Plus which is a bit thicker tha normal and gives great traction. I have the impression it will last a while! The exercise mat I also ordered is made of a lot lighter, less dense and spongier material which was slightly damaged in two places (compressed irreversibly it seems) but I'm guessing it will show such marks as time goes on under general use.

Prompt free delivery and excellent quality. I have been using exerciser for 3 weeks and I am more than extremely happy. Exerciser makes no noise and easy to use while sitting in a comfy chair. I am able to chat or watch tv with ease. The stiffness in my knees has completely disappeared. I am pleased to say that I am now peddling for 30 minutes a session.
