Rang at 1:50pm for a taxi at 3:10pm for a client who needed to get a train to catch a boat home. Rang with enough time to get the taxi here on time. Over 25 minutes late, rang to ask where the taxi was and explained they were late. Nothing bar a simple sorry. Now client has missed his train and boat home. One person that answers the phones is always rude and blunt.

BOOKED AN ONLINE TEST DRIVE WITH A VEHICLE ONLY TO SHOW UP AND IT IS IN THE SHOP FOR ANOTHER 4 DAYS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO COMMUNICATION AND WASTED MY HOUR DRIVE THERE. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Simple booking by phone, journey schedule for 5am.
Was a bit concern by the online reviews, but driver was actually 5 minutes early, professional and polite.

First time using the service recommended by a colleague, will use again.

500 cars quoted £64 plus £7.50 for each half hour waiting for a pick up from terminal 5 at Heathrow.I ordered a car to pick friends from a flight in from Japan which arrived on time,they cleared customs in half an hour and went straight to arrivals where there was noone to greet them.They checked three times and there was no driver to greet them ,after 20 minutes the driver arrived and they immediately greeted him and took the cab to Reading.Expecting a charge around £70 they were shocked to be asked for £95 at my home in Caversham...as this would have been the charge for a two hour wait we went back to 500 cars reception who sided with the driver despite the fact we had phone timings for each ! We will never use them again and advise extreme caution to anyone else considering their service! Jim Nutley Reading

*Do not use this taxi company - the taxi didn’t show and my sister missed her train. The company did not apologise, did not care, and refused to take a remedial action. They ignored my complaint email and dismissed me on the phone when I called to complain. Appalling*

I had been a loyal customer for years, always choosing this company above others. Recently I noticed the service was a bit off - bit rude/abrupt in the interactions I had but I didn’t think much of it.

On 19 Sep 2023, my sister used this company on my recommendation. She had a train to catch at 18:37 and booked the taxi at 17:44. She was told 10-15 min. At 18:13 the taxi still wasn’t here. I called to ask where it was, I was told stuck in traffic 3-4 min. At 18:30 it was clear no taxi was coming. I called again and was told the driver said we were a no-show. I asked how can that be when we’ve been stood outside the house since 6pm. Then suddenly the story changed and apparently the driver said we called to cancel. We did not - I reminded him I’d called at 18:13 to ask where the taxi was because my sister was going to miss her train and was told 3-4 min. Why would I cancel.

My sister missed her train and couldn’t get a refund on the ticket. The company refused to give a remedial action (such as reimbursing the ticket) even through this was entirely their fault. They did not even apologise or offer to waive the taxi fare for the next taxi they sent. Absolutely disgraceful, will never use this company again and don’t recommend anyone else does.

I hope you’re proud of yourself, 500 cars. To top it off, my sister is on universal credit and has a chronic health condition so she really needed a reliable service that didn’t waste her money and cause immense stress by disrupting her already stressful journey.

My workplace used this company as their preferred taxi company - I’m going to check if they still do and I’m going to inform them of my experience. If this is how they treat their customers, it’s not good enough for our clients and we’ll take our business elsewhere.

I booked a taxi for my airport pick up, I was out in 40 minutes but the taxi driver charged me for the parking as he arrived before my flight landed as he has an airport drop off. Even though they have all my flight details and my baggage numbers. All other taxi company arrive after 30 minutes of flight time as one need at least that time to collect baggage. You will think it is good rate but actually you end up paying more. Please avoid.

- Quoted £8 for the whole journey. After journey completed, I was charged £13 for the same journey.

Rung them and Saj said the quote was only for part of the journey and I was charged more and that is what they do.

Suggest you avoid the company.
