Bought a tow bar for my navara np300 and when it came the reception signed for it as the package looked OK so later when I got back I opened the packaging to find the tow bar had massive scratches down to bare metal all the powder coat was all over the packaging. Even tho the outer packaging looked OK they had a separate package inside containing the brackets and bolts which where sat on the tow bar then shrinked wrapped over the top and where the brackets where moving all over against the tow bar the package had ripped and scratch all the powder coat off the tow bar So I was told since the package was signed for the delivery company won't take the claim and Scott at 4x4at told me best thing I can do is get it powder coated or painted as there is nothing he will do about it. Absolutely shocking customer service considering the cost of it.

Bought some swing cases for my pickup the got delivered which I signed for.

later on when I had time I went to open the boxes I noticed the box that had one of the cases was damaged and also taped up so before I opened it I took pictures when I opened the box the swing case was smashed & broken.

I then contacted 4x4at via phone and email just to be told I’d be contacted which they didn’t I spent 2 days sending emails phone calls to be told they could not do anything due to me signing for them.

apparently there’s a small sticker on the 3ft box telling you this that I’m supposed to know about.

so basically if you get anything from a small item to a large canopy top they expect you to open and unpackage it all there in front of the delivery driver “which I’m sure they will be happy about as they’ve nothing better to do” and do all this before you sign for your items.

Never heard so much rubbish !

I’m also sure the items are copy’s of the swing cases and not a genuine item as they look like cheap copy’s.

My advise is don’t buy off this company use another one.

Today I received my order in Switzerland, I am really very satisfied with the quality of the goods and the packaging. Fortunately the packaging was of good quality because one of the three boxes was really damaged by the carrier but the goods were intact inside. I would happily recommend new accessories with 4X4 AT. very good customer relations, good quality, very good service. I am very satisfied to have found a real professional in 4X4 accessories.
Thanks to the entire 4X4 AT team, keep it up.

Helpful staff and a friendly, professional service.
Rob offered a no nonsense, friendly and expert approach to me at reception. Luke and his team were great at removing parts from my old vehicle, then installing new parts to my new Ranger.
(Love the Nighthawk grill, it finishes off the front end perfectly!)

Would highly recommend, although you may be tempted to buy more nice accessories like a kid in a sweet shop!!

Liars as sales staff, incompetent warehouse and logistics staff and Directors who take your money and don’t care for customer service. After spending over £3500 with these clowns, they can’t be bothered to have my canopy at the fitting centre as the driver couldn’t be bothered to take it from Yorkshire to Birmingham. The dog crate we bought doesn’t fit under the canopy and these morons are ‘experts’ in what they do! I wouldn’t buy an ice cream from this firm. They will be getting a county court summons under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Wonderful service by Rob in Sales and Rye the technician who fitted the parts worked a miracle to fit everything in the timescale he was given but no compromise on the quality of the work.
Not the first time that I have had the supply and fitment of goods from 4x4AT and not the last.

The guys at 4x4AT did a fantastic job of fitting. Excellent communications from Rob on sales, through to Rye the technician who installed the lights and colour options switch.
All done in 4 hours.

Couldn’t thank Robert and the 4x4 team enough from emailing and phone call query to having a 5 star service from dropping my pickup off to having a walk around review and lesson on how to use the product just shows the high level of customer service they provide and quality of products

Garbage product. Bought some wide wheel arches for ford ranger in a colour match to the vehicle. The arches were poorly moulded and poorly painted. The fittings are metal so WILL scratch the paintwork and it should offer advice in the instructions to treat the areas where the clips fit to avoid rust in the future (metal slide on fixings and screws replace the PLASTIC original fittings) The arches stated compatible with original Ford mud flaps yet the flaps when installed dont cover the alloys. Really annoying and when I left 2 reviews on the website about the products which were negative, surprise, surprise they never made it onto the page and the arches still have 5 glowing 5 star reviews. Cheap tat but charging a premium at £465.60. Similar, virtually same cheaper arches on ebay for no more than £150 which are the same standard as these ones (brother has these) Buyers be very aware.

Absolute shambles of a company, to think after spending £300 for a box you would be treated correctly…. NOT! After my girlfriend purchased me a storage box for a surprise birthday present, which sadly didn’t fit , we organised a return with the company to what they agreed to refund within a week. Fast forward too today, nearly 3 months down the line…. We provided proof of postage numerous of times to which they ignored! And still no refund or communication, I can’t scream loud enough of how much you should avoid this so called company! AVOID AVOID!

We have been long serving customers of 4x4AT because of the wonderful customer service which we receive and the knowledge.
We would recommend this company to anyone who are thinking of upgrading to contact them. Saturday the 13/4/24 was our last visit to have a winch fitted and it won't be long before we are back for more work.
Must be good we travel 2 hours to get the work done, A big thankyou to Scott who looked after us on Saturday.

Great service..... bought drawer system from Rob who gave great advice and then went to the Coleshill fitting centre for another issue experienced with my canopy and fitting some roof bars... Ben carried this out very efficiently. Also had a nice couple of hours in Coleshill town just a small cab ride away whilst waiting - thanks guys!

I recently bought a Ranger 23. I wanted some wheels and a canopy for it. Having done some research I came across 4x4. When I first called them I was dealt with very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I booked my pick up in to have the bits fitted. When I arrived I was welcomed in a warm manner. They took my keys made me a coffee and started work on it. I’m so happy with the look and functionality of the canopy and my wheels are ace!! Thanks everyone at 4x4!!!

Avoid this company is my advice. Based on my experience of buying a canopy and tailgate lock, I would never use this company again. Too many issues to go into here but the vehicle had to be returned as the canopy was not fitted properly, the bed liner was cut with tie down points lost, the tailgate lock was not wired in correctly, and the canopy itself did not meet my needs (requirements communicated to them before purchase). I've been patient with them and have tried to assist them in seeing where things went wrong but without any meaningful success.

I can see many similar complaints on here and wish I'd read them before buying anything from them.

Hi , I have been trying to get a refund from this company for more than 6 months for a Toyota part they could not deliver , I have just been fobbed off , has anyone else had the same trouble,

They supplied a poor quality and damaged pick-up back cover.
It has manufacturer faults and stress cracks.
Chips from either poor paint job or damage in transit.

I tried to contact them to resolve this but that have stated it was signed for so I have no rights for a refund.

I'm their t&cs it states must only be delivered to my address and signed for.
It was neither delivered to my address for signed for by any member of my family.

I have had to contact my bank to raise a fraud case and trading standards.

I live in USA, Scott was so helpful in arranging all shipping details to the USA where I was able to retrieve the lamps and kits.
Always helpful and responded promptly to my inquiries.
