The custoemr serivce from beginning to end has been first class. Alway a cheerful 'can do ' person on the end of the phone. Shout out to charming Natasha. No quibbling. Friendly charming. Timing to get repair so speedy with follow up appointment and Michael who came to do the repair again with a can do attitude and super efficient.Brilliant.So impressed.

Made contact as my wonderful parasol got damaged in the wind. Got the required part very quickly and for a reasonable price. Very happy with the service and with my various other 4SO products.

Ordered outdoor seating on Sunday afternoon, phone call received Monday morning confirming details, and delivery on the Tuesday. Extremely efficient service, one item damaged and replacement arrived one week later. Everyone I dealt with from office staff to delivery guys was extremely helpful and professional. I am more than happy to recommend this company, tho I cannot comment on the furniture yet as patio area not finished but looks great in my garage!

Excellent product with good delivery and assembly as well as removing packaging. The whole process was seamless from start to finish even though I needed to delay the delivery as was going to be in holiday. Very pleased with the product which does exactly what we want it to do and looks very stylish.
