I had a stupid accident while parking and I damaged the car's front bumper. They were quick to respond and had someone tow it away within half an hour or so. I didn't need to pay anything as it was fully insured but they did ask for a 1000 euro deposit for a replacement car (which they wouldn't return if the the replacement car had even minor damage). Other than that they were great.

Appointments were punctually kept.
The car was fine and the price was all reasonable.
Next time we will rent our car here again.

Good prices and cars, friendly staff. I especially like that you meet the staff in the parking lot where the car is and don't need to wait in a long queue. Not requiring a credit card is also a plus.

Everything went smoothly. Company's guy expected us when we landed, gave us instruction and everything was okay. When we gave car back inspection went smoothly and it was really quick.

Good price, car could have been better spec and they were cheeky on the amount of petrol they said was in the car!! But the car did the job and staff very efficient and friendly. Would definitely use again if flying to Thessaloniki 👍

A fantastic car hire company. Before we travelled, I read all the good reviews, and they really did live up to their reputation. Everything went very smoothly. They are really customer oriented.

Very easy pick up and drop off right next to the airport. Car great condition and very easy to drive (automatic a bonus) would highly recommend and will use again when in greece. staff friendly and prompt.

Great services. I book my car few months in advance and paid a small fee which was deducted from the total amount I had to pay. I changed couplenof times the pick up time as my scheduled changed, without any problem. On the pick up day I had a great surprise as my car was upgraded to a higher cathegory, without any extra cost. No deposit blocked on my card, I paid the difference on spot with my credit card and I enjoyed my ride. New car in perfect condition. Actually, I fall in love with that car, thinking to buy same one at home. I requested to return the car at the airport and not on the same location and it wasn't a problem at all. The company employee was very punctual on the drop off day. I will reccomend them to all my friends travelling to Greece and I will definetelly rent on a further ocassion from 4rent-thessaloniki. Amazing job!
