1 of my cats is blind now and I feel she will be safe in the catio as it is very secure.
The other cats seem to like it too.

Amazing company communication really good from beginning to end with Natalie! Love the catio it’s perfect and Shaun and Neil went above and beyond to make the tunnel fit in a very awkward space, Cats all love it and spend most their time in the Catio first class service!!

Its is an excellent structure for my cats for whom it has made a very safe home at a freinds house whilst I am better homes. The delivery was straightforward a d the instuction adequate for and experince diyer though probably not enough for an absolute beginner. Thry do offer assesmbly though. Very sturdy and does not need tethering down

Extremely happy with my purchase, from day one this company was brilliant answering questions and emails within the same day!
The catio is made to the highest standard, myself and son installed it ourselves and it was extremely easy to do. However if you aren't comfortable to do it alone, they can do the install or talk you through the process.
My 3 cats love it, out every day from morning to evening, even in the rain.
Would happily recommend this company to others thinking about getting a catio/enclosure.

Did have alot of problems but got there in the end. Your comany was very helpful, and thank you for that.I can say though, one thing I personally think the wire could be abit thicker as it is very flimsy and snaps very easy.

Good communication and excellent product!

Great value for money, high quality product that was easy to assemble with good instructions. My catio was delivered much faster than I anticipated, brilliant communications sent to let me know when it was ready and on the way too. Oh and the cats love it too.

Was able to ask plenty of questions when booking, they gave clear and realistic timelines and were able to deliver ahead of schedule. The installation was amazing, they were very friendly and professional and made the Catio work in our space. Great service start to finish and our cat is loving it.

Generally catio is easy to put together and well made. However the paint finish on the timbers was a bit haphazard

From the initial communication with Paul and subsequent ones with Shaun, everything was smooth and straightforward. They were responsive, clear, and happy to answer all my questions, which gave me real confidence going into the build.

When it came to the installation, Shaun and Liam were fantastic. They worked tirelessly in the scorching heat and delivered top-quality workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble, they happily adapted the build to suit my specific needs. Friendly, professional, and a real pleasure to have around.

Ordered Catio ... delivered and assembled by 2 very nice chaps .. and all was done ... we did order a few extra bits that we decided to have ... with no problems ... my 3 cats love it .... so do I ....

Bought a 3 sided cattio and the quality and value for money were out of this world. The customer service and delivery were just perfect. The communication and expectation for this was exceeded in everyday.

Daughter ordered catio for me,I'm a oap and disabled. Arrived wrong size.phoned to try to sort out,was very arrogant no help at all,and said Daughter must be thick to order wrong size.asked for complaint procedure now being ignored. Terrible company

Had my Catio installed yesterday, by some lovely guys. it looks amazing well worth the money delivered when promised and installed brilliantly. My cat is thoroughly enjoying it and I'm so glad I went ahead and made the decision to get this from this company as they've been amazing.
