They say that they have refunded my money but I still haven't received it yet. These criminals are known in Holland and will keep this sceme alive as long as we as customers don't act.
I will use a civil lawsuit to get justice done.
The way it works ...
- order a product that is either in stock or has a delivery delay of 1-2 days
- pay on the fly (with significant costs added, something which is not advertised on the site)
- receive a delivery confirmation mail based on the availability of the product
- you do not receive your goods but when you check the site, delivery gets postponed and postponed and postponed and ...
- until your order gets canceled (or you cancel it) and you receive a mail that states that you will receive your money back within the legal 30 days
- you do NOT receive your money back within the legal 30 days
- you start mailing for information on when, what and how regarding your reimbursement
- you receive copy/paste mails stating that their financial department is taking care of it
- you still do NOT receive your reimbursement
- and so on ... and so on ...
Bottomline is to keep as far away as possible from these scam artists and - if you are a victim of their "practices" - take a legal hard line and file a complaint.
