These guys are absolute crooks. They steal information that is from other sources, including pictures that are taken from other websites, they leave out any marketing information and insert their own contact information even though they don't have any contract with the owner to market the spaces. Most people don't know the business so they are no aware of the Department of Real Estate Violations. False advertising from an unreputable company.

A couple of months ago I was searching for a new office space. I ran into this companies great reviews online and knew I had to check them out. I am so glad I did. They offered a great service, like no other that I have experienced. Their staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Thank you for helping me find the perfect office space that met all my needs.

42 Floors isn't perfect - for example, it didn't have many options for commercial rentals in my state (Minnesota).

Lucky for me though, I found exactly what I was looking for in my few choices. Most of the information I needed about the place was listed on their website. It made it easy for me to set up an appointment to view the place and I ended up signing on the dotted line.

Overall, the experience wasn't perfect. I wish I had more options. With that said, I found the perfect rental so I can't really complain.
