Totally unimpressed. Nice looking product but it didn't work. Tried EVERY available means to contact them, but after nearly a month I have had no new watch, no refund and no apology or explanation.
Latest communication said re:46767917 for an amount of 30.98 EUR has just been made.
Nothing more and STILL no refund.
Not a firm I would recommend.

Dreadful experience. My goods were never delivered ordering was easy. Surprise !!!
Complaining is much more complex:
1. Link difficult to find
2. Customer service that is anything but service and rude over the phone
3. Lots of Paperwork to complain; Attest to be downloaded filled in scanned and sent back, ID to be scanned as well
4. Curious to see how refund will happen…

I order a headboard and paid for it on June 17th. The following day I realised that I made a mistake (wrong size) and ask 3suisses to change my order. I was told that the order has already been processed and that I had to return it for a refund when I receive it. A few days later, I ordered another larger headboard. Both headboards were delivered on the same day almost 3 weeks later at the beginning of July. I asked 3suisses to return the wrong one. Several messages and weeks later, I was told I need to pay €50 for the return shipment. So their promise 'if you don't like it, you can return it for free' came to nothing! Having paid €50, the wrong headboard was finally picked up by the delivery company on 21st July. Having heard nothing from 3suisses, I sent several messages early in August asking about my refund. Only then I received a message on August 8th, that I'm being reimbursed. It's been ten days since that message and two months since the original order and I'm still awaiting the refund... I will never use 3suisses again and I would not recommend it to my enemy!!
I ordered two Lee's rod holders they had advised on amazon and they sent me a £3 kids crappie tshirt then don't answer me. ROBBERS
I used 3suisses Belgium, my experience was absolutely awful! First of all they registered my name under someone else's file just because we have the same first name (how?!) I repetedly asked them to fix this mistake but it has not been done even until today. The payment on their website did not work so I was late paying it and then when I did manage to pay I called in and they said that they still didn't receive it. So i paid again, just to find out after yet another call to client services that it takes a week for a payment to go through (how is that possible?!). So i was left with two payments made, neither of which were seen in their system. After about 2 weeks I managed to actually get an answer about how I can get my money reimbursed but so far I have yet to see the money back in my bank account! I wouldn't recommend 3suisses even to my worst enemy! Stay away!!!
