My reason for the 3 star is because of misleading add to join a shopping group and get free shipping. When I agreed to try it and when I recieved the total bill the shipping was not taken off. Otherwise it was all good. The discount was a nice surprise! I can't wait to try it and hoping it looks as good on me as it did on the girls in the ad!

Ordering could not have been simpler. I don't know why more product is offered for those who are new customers as new customers have no idea if the product works for them. But I have no problem with the ordering procedure at all. Everything was straightforward and ordering was easy.
