Prix et produits intéressant. Cependant quand on commande de France et que l'on doit faire un retour, il n'y a pas de bon de retour automatique effectué par l'entreprise. . C'est à la charge du client. Donc le retour est d'au moins 40€... Il faudrait que l'équipe de 365Rider s'améliore sur ce point et noue des partenariats avec les entreprises de transports vers la France ou autre pays Européens.
The prices and products are attractive. However, when ordering from France and needing to return an item, the company doesn't provide a return label. The return shipping is at the customer's expense. Therefore, the return costs at least €40... The 365Rider team needs to improve in this area and establish partnerships with shipping companies operating in France or other European countries.

Actual delivery 13.05.2025
Every contact between the order and delivery was a generic AI mail or somebody, who confirmed that everything okay.
That's support?
In my opinion support should help to solve a problem and not just confirm what you already know.

None of my vouchers worked while purchasing 2 pairs of shoes, even though email received same day. Then the next day I am offered 8% reduction. From spending 500 Euro, I feel a little hard done by.
