I bought the shoes and returned them…
I bought the shoes and returned them because the size was too small, but my return was rejected on the grounds that the shoes were not clean. However, they had never been worn at all. I also had to pay the return shipping costs and the cost of sending them back from Germany. This has been an absolutely terrible experience, and I will never shop here again, even if the price is cheaper.

However, we would like to clarify the situation. After receiving your return, our warehouse inspection found dirt and clear signs of use, which meant that the shoes could not be accepted as a return for a full refund, in accordance with our return conditions.
We explained these reasons to you by email, including that the shoes would be kept available for collection or return shipment for 30 days. After receiving this explanation, you specifically requested that the shoes be sent back to you and asked us to provide you with the available return shipping options and costs.
We therefore believe it is important to clarify that you were informed of the reason for the rejection and of the condition in which the shoes had been received before requesting that the product be returned to you.
We understand that this may not have been the outcome you expected, but our return conditions apply equally to all customers and are intended to ensure that products sold as new are in suitable condition to be resold as new.

Great shoes for asphalt
Everything was ok. Shopping, delivery etc.
The shoes are just what i needed to be able to run on asphalt with my bad knees.

I went to check on the progress and it had delivered even if it wasn’t delivered until 4 days later.
Other than this I would recommend the site.
