Kept up to date with dispatch and delivery via email. Secure payment. Reasonable P&P charges, and item very securely packaged. Prompt delivery within 3 working days. I have bought from 365Astronomy before and I will definitely buy from them again.

Good at everything. My first choice astronomy shop.
They deliver in a couple of days and their prices are competitive. Zoltan and the team always give good advice so you're spending your money on the right stuff.
I had to return one faulty purchase which they replaced without question. I'll be back at 365 Astronomy.

I was very impressed with the personal service. When I was checking on status of my order to my surprise received a phone call explaining the status vs a txt or email. Couple days later my order arrived.
Very happy with the product and have used already to spend time outside in cold temps.

Abolutely excellent
Abolutely excellent. I'm an occasional repeat customer. My last order I messed up through not thinking through properly what I really needed and accordingly I said I didn't want any postage reimbursed on the returns. He (knowingly) refunded anyway. Don't try this to often or he'll go out of business!
