I lose money and i want withdrawl my own money back, and they let me wait 1 week and dont pay and all the time support says we come with an update.

Update: i had 11k and i cash out it, they pay me not 11 but 4k… my money is dissepeart and they blocked my account. And i wait all day for maybe coming all my money back, but did not come.

I will explain 1 thing more, i had a bet on sports 300€ with 8 matches top ligas with an outcome 15,5k, when 6 matches was good and the last 2 matches left, they have block my coupons and block option on sports they disabeld my account for sports, so i cant cash out or insurrance my coupons. This is all robbing methodes of peoples money.

Also i win india league bet. A win of 2k and a quote of 1,50 it was, guess…. The match wins and guess they dont pay my wins out becauses they think is a fraude match…, a quote of 1,5 is disgusting to say fraude match because i will understand if it was a quote of 7-8x then I understand it. This is a scam it seems. They don't need verification ID to take your money, but need it to pay you money. It is a scam. One of the worst experiences ever avoid at all costs. I was allowed to deposit and soon as I wanted too withdraw. I could not because you need photo id to verify account. and if there was any other way for verification it would not be an issue . Between May 19 and July 12, 2025, I deposited and lost over €4,657 at 30Bet. This happened within a very short period, and I can prove every transaction. There was zero fair chance of winning — just one loss after another.

I contacted their live chat several times to request a goodwill bonus or any form of compensation, especially considering I am a regular, almost daily player. But every time, I was coldly rejected with no proper explanation or empathy.

It’s clear that this platform has no regard for loyal customers and offers no player protection whatsoever. You can lose thousands of euros in a matter of hours, and when you ask for help or a small gesture in return, they completely ignore you.

But i would say they like hard work, all they have to do is simply stop the bonus ' sticky feature and no more sticky situations where people come and call them scams.. i was about to as well but i luckily completed the X7 wagering requirements.. i deposited £50 and then doubled it to £100.. then i had to wager £700 within 1 month before i could withdraw.. so literally you have to keep winning and betting till £700 is used up lol. MAD thing .. but i went for it .. and i was lucky .. so ran it up to finally spent 700 betting from 100 and now with 250 so i withdrew it .. they did their checks all good so waiting on my account balance to go up 250... hence the 3 star

Tried to withdraw had to upload info 1st to verify, my account was verified in about 2 minutes an money in my account within 20 minutes. 22 minutes for verification an money to my account is crazy. Most sites take ages. Very happy

Casino welcome bonus is poor, they don't say you can only choose one and then allow you to redeposit and allow you to think you are choosing a second and it does not work.
