I get home I hop on 2K just for me to go against Zenner’s or middy faders then I’m like oh ok I hop on my team to go against the same thing plus unskilled people who shoot half courts the whole time and I can’t even guard it because those defensive system is complete Dogg shit

Every time I hit green on my jumpshot, it keeps on saying tempo rush. I was wondering if you guys can fix it cause I’m about to delete the game. it sometime too don’t be giving me my tempo.

I've been dealing with a verified bug in NBA 2K26 for over a month (Ticket #16053388). My challenge progress is stuck at 2,147,483,647 / 21 (literal 32-bit integer overflow). Supervisor Paco and the support team are ghosting me and refusing to provide a manual account fix, telling me to 'wait for a patch' that never comes. This is a scam. I paid for a game that I can no longer progress in because of their broken code. Avoid 2K Support at all costs.

Just like ea... you grind for the shitty rewards the devs created. You don't get rewards and you don't get help at 2k support.

Then play Borderlands 4 or any other game.

These nba players in these 2K games play like dummies. They never know how to actually rebound or play simple defense. Like every year y’all always get something wrong.

they are in the business of libel and harassing paying customers... to them their agenda is more important than either money or a happy customers so be prepared to be mistreated by this company

Called bullshit fouls and wouldn't let me challenge them

After buying wwe 2k26 game, I found out, that there is a same problem as it was in 2k25, and according to their web, It was problem in 2k24. I have given them all traceroutes, photos and proof. Yet, support is ignoring my problem, there is a region block for Czech republic, they know it, but ignoring. ,,Great customer service" Supervisor closed the ticket as solved, despite the issue persisting and ignored technical proof - traceroute - blaming my ISP instead.

Looking at other reviews it seems the customer support are trained in protracting, with the aim you give up. I recognised this early on and realised it wasn't worth my time. Clearly 2k make enough money from game sales to care about putting any issues right. There's a gap in the market for an excellent game maker with a decent customer support team. I urge EPIC GAMES to make games like 2k, their customer support is excellent.
My tip; don't waste your time complaining or feeding anything back

Their games feel good until you invest 3 days and 13 hours on it just for it to be wiped. I tried contacting them about it and they did nothing at all. I am overall just mad about their lack of care for their customers.

I have been playing NBA 2K26 since day one of the pre-release and have also been an active player in previous editions. This year, while spending the Christmas holidays at my parents’ house, I used PS Remote Play to continue playing MyCareer. I played normally from December 24th to December 26th, until I was suddenly removed from a game and permanently banned for an alleged breach of the Terms of Service.

The ban was issued without any prior warning and without any specific explanation of which rule I supposedly violated. After contacting customer support (ticket #15415310), the ban was simply confirmed, again without further clarification. This occurred after I had already invested both significant time and money into the game.

This experience reflects an extremely disappointing approach from 2K, where automated systems appear to permanently ban players without transparency, justification, or meaningful customer support.

Buy a game then they shut down their servers 2 years later, rendering the game unplayable. I thought I was buying a game, not paying a huge fee to rent it for 2 years

Utterly useless, bought 2k pga 2025, within 5 hours or so game is crashing and freezing. Due to Steams limited refund policy, as I had played over two hours no refund available. Persevered with 2k support, who naturally followed a time worn script, with all (very time consuming and system altering) changes having zero effect. They even refused to share support transcript from Zendesk support tool to support my refund request. The support folks finally pointed the blame at my i9-14900k cpu, but after running diagnostic tool from intel there was no issue related to the "overvoltage" accusation from 2k support, I had around 8 or so different support staff making very poor suggestions and after spending £66 on the game and DLC felt completely abandoned. In the end I discovered what I think is root cause, but unwilling to share with 2k support as they have not either earned my trust, or indeed done the bare minimum of good customer support.
