Porous experience overall. When I first joined them many many years ago it was a great experience. Since then they got bigger and had lost site of the customer experience. Now they have phone reps that at times permeates arrogance on the phone, database issues with tech support having no answer for the repeated problems! And pricing is comparable to others but customer service is out the door! Although this company is based in the U.S., customer service support is in India (another one of those companies). Word to the wise - DO NOT BUNDLE DOMAINS WITH WEB HOSTING. Enough was enough and I moved on.

Very careful! SCAM! 5 days after I paid I have no domain and they don't charge me back. Worse! Someone registered the domain and it was nobody! Worst hosting company I've ever met!

Not sure what the others were experiencing, but my transaction went without a hitch. They answered all calls and took care of me above and beyond other companies out there.

I ordered some products that were difficult to find elsewhere and they seemed to have it in stock. I called to make sure and sure enough they said they had it. The cleaning tape took 3 days to get and it was nothing less than I had hoped for.

Horrible experience. They took my money and shipped only a small part of the order. They continually promised to "look into it" and have not made any progress. They rarely answer my calls and do not respond via e-mail. Worst e-merchant experience yet!

I ordered a Mogami snake for $377. The listing clearly states 10 day handling. 10 days go by, no snake. They never answer their phone during business hours posted on their web site. They never return my phone calls or email. If you send them an email, you get an automated response that says to check the order on the web site. The web site just says 'processing'. Maddening! After 2 weeks of calling every day I finally reached one person by phone and he says oh he will have someone make sure the order is sent the next day. Four weeks go by and still nothing. I ended having to get a refund through a fraud claim with my bank. Meaning they never returned the calls from my bank either. If you want to throw your money away, buy from these losers.

I made an order in January. Two months later, the item I ordered still had not arrived. I set up an electronic customer service ticket for the issue. I never got a response, and the ticket was closed. Thinking it could have been a fluke, I did this again and got the same result! I called and complained. They told me another item would be shipped to me, which also never arrived. I called once again with the same complaint. Again, the product never came! So I said to hell with it and asked for a refund. Let's hope the funds show up in the bank!

These guys have given me the run around for over three weeks saying the product I ordered was back ordered. I decided to call the product manufacturer to see if they were indeed back ordered. I spoke with the owner of the company and he informed me that he had never heard of 2inch24trk and they did not have a dealership with his company and that the price I paid was about $50.00 less than they sell to any dealer, he also informed me that they are not back ordered and offered to drop ship the product to me directly for cost. I'm waiting for a refund from 2inch24trk at this point. After about six calls to them trying to find out the status of my order I never once got a return phone call or email informing me of anything regarding my order status. The fact that they advertise products they don't have dealerships for and offer them at prices below what the dealer himself sells them for seems like bad business to me. I won't be shopping with 2inch24trk again.

I've been buying from 2inch24.com for the past 2 months and they have everything I need... or will do everything they can to find me what I need.

I purchase from these guys exclusively. They always take care of me and always give me the best prices around. I've purchased most of what I have in my studio from them and I plan to continue to do so.
