Frankfurt branch was one of the best hotel experiences I can remember. Brilliant staff, room was comfortable, and I can't wait to go again.
I was initially overcharged at Gare du Nord in Paris and they took long to respond to emails (4 days) so was very dissapointed as I had discussed incorrect bill while still at hotel and they said they'd fix it. I then received a response after a few days and then they gave me my refund on the overcharged services and apologised so turned out well in the end. Staff were nevertheless very friendly and helpful, bed and room was comfy and the location is perfectly situated opposite Gare du Nord terminal.
I visited the Indre hotel in Copenhagen. Very disappointing service.

I booked a Queen size room but the hotel
the front desk told me : they don't have any Queen size room tonight.
As a former diamond member of Accor, I was sad to be downgraded with single bed.
I am waiting for the manager to find a solution.

I have stayed at both Indre and Paper Island in Copenhagen many times. Both are stand out hotels in the area. The only downside would be the lack of air conditioning on hot days but this is normal for Denmark.
The hotel, facilities and restaurants in both hotels are brilliant. Very central for both hotels but I would recommend Paper Island due to the development in the area and the water side bars and restaurants for sitting out in the summer evening sun.
The stay was okay, but now 6 weeks after we still did’n get our 3000 dkk refund as promised even though we and our banks send email after email.
Until we get the refund we did pay double for the stay, and it is definitely not worth that!
What an amazing event our company had thanks to Ditte (I can’t tell you the name since this is not an advertising). She made our 60+ people feel like unicum’s matching each one with their presence.
After the night at the hotel I went to the breakfast where Stina (one of the most serviceminded people (beside Ditte who is totally over and out of scale in positive manners)).

My recent stay at the 25hours Hotel in Copenhagen was genuinely amazing, wholly exceeding our company's expectations (I can’t tell you the name since this is not an advertising). From the fantastic events curated by the devoted staff to the exquisite dining experiences, it was a trip to remember.
A standout member of the 25hours team was Ditte, whose name I feel compelled to mention due to her extraordinary dedication and service. She masterfully managed our large company event, making our team of over 60 members feel utterly unique and valued. Ditte's efforts were instrumental in creating a sense of harmony, matching each individual's presence and ensuring a truly personalized experience.
The morning brought more delightful surprises; a beautifully presented breakfast served by another admirable team member, Stina. Throughout our stay, Stina's profound commitment to exceptional service was undeniable, placing her alongside Ditte as utterly over the scale in positive manners. She truly encapsulates what being 'service-minded' is all about.
Motivated by the outstanding experience at 25hours Hotel, our team left feeling invigorated and eager to return. The hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction is genuinely impressive, making it an ideal choice for company events or simply leisurely stays. For those seeking an unforgettable experience in Copenhagen, I recommend 25hours Hotel much more than highly enough 😊
We are very disappointed in the service received.
We had mistakenly made a double booking over Xmas and we spoke to staff on numerous occasions that this wasn’t a problem and happy to refund us. During the course of our stay we spoke to staff every night if they could process the refund and was again reassured they would action this.
After we checked out the hotel we receive a response saying it’s not possible to get a refund and the £300 fee will be taken with no explanation. They mis-led us right up until we checked out, reassuring us that they would help and that everything was okay. The truth is they wanted to screw us over and take our money.
The worst part is they never even offered us the double booked room, because they verbally promised us a refund.
This hotel doesn’t care about their customers, one piece of advice stay away!
I stayed for 3 nights in Cologne. Amazing service, clean rooms. Whatever you ask the reception, they even have an answer or solution for you. Location is also very good
