We have been hosting with them for more than 12 years and have no problems at all. We have over 150+ servers hosted across multiple locations with 24Shells. The price matched with performance and stability is excellent. We rarely need to use their support, but every time found them to be very knowledgeable when needed.
This is the worst Hosting company in the World.
There is no support whatsoever from them, even for the simplest issues it takes weeks to get a simple reply. They close tickets automatically without even answering them at all.
Keep in mind that we were paying more than 200 USD a month for their servers.
Now our website is inaccessible to us, no admin access, no Cpanel, nothing. They literally blocked us from our own website.
I opened 3 tickets- no answer, I called tens of times no answer.
Don't be a fool, use a serious hosting company if you care about your website.
Network uptime has been excellent. Our server has uninterrupted network for over 12 months and we cannot ask for more.
