Arrived safe and sound with courier.
I was expecting an email from 247 with information when to expect delivery, but didn’t come. I happened to see there was a delivery coming so assumed it to be curtains. We were going out but decided to stay at home. Disappointed!

I asked for a number of samples - they arrived the next day with no charge. Excellent!

Great service from start to finish. I ordered a blind in the wrong size but had paid the few pounds extra for measure guard at checkout. I contacted 247 blinds and Connor was seamless in his helpful and quick response and resolved my issue within 36 hours with a free replacement blind delivered today. I was happy to return the blind that is too big but Connor said we just want to get your order right for a first time purchase and to keep or donate the blind as they did not want it back. I cannot fault this company they are easy to order from their products are excellent quality and their customer service is a

I'd bought some blinds from 24/7Blinds a number of years ago. As things go, the plastic on the weights that holds the bead chain started to break. I contacted the customer service team and Connor was assigned to my request. He's been amazing, even taking the time to call to check it was the right part that needed replacing. Within 48 hours I had the replacement parts and my blinds are as good as new.
