€27 is far too high a price to apply for a visa.
There is a €5 money-back guarantee in case the visa is rejected. However, if the visa is rejected, the €5 is not refunded.

There is contradictory information on the website:
Firstly, regarding the processing time – the visa is issued no earlier than after 7 working days.
Secondly, regarding the visa itself – you do not receive a visa directly, but rather an authorization code, which must be used to collect the visa at an embassy.

Communication with the company is also inconsistent and unclear.

It’s good. But you could improve by adding a general map with the exact locations of hotels marked on it, complete with ratings and pricing. I, and real travelers, use general maps all the time to book hotel rooms. Also, if you could make hotel bookings possible for that day itself, that would be helpful for last minute bookings.

I higly recommend 1stQuest. The customer service was very helpful as well fast. They helped me to write my itineray trip in the right way.

I was applying for a visa but you only apply for authorization and I paid 70 for that, normally it's free, and you wrote on your site that you can apply for a visa, but in fact no you don't

A good way to book accommodations in Iran, and the customer service staff gives immediate response to my inquiries, and follow up the hotel booking confirmations. They offer better price. I appreciated their service.

After booking the ticket, I'm not sure if it was successful. The refund has not arrived yet.

A very easy IR Iran visa application process. 1stQuest were emailed confirmations from company aswell as personal emails from staff offering support.
A very efficient result, with the e-visa approved within three days.

I was inquiring about the visa process and reached out to the agent via WhatsApp. All communication was respectful and inquisitive in nature, how ever the response was extremely delayed. All correspondence was not clear and it one worded. Needless to say, this not a responsive and helpful agency to book for Iran. I highly suggest using another platform, I waited a week and still no response or explanation towards obtaining my visa or even beginning the process. I was not only shocked that this agency is open and running but that they are on the top of the list when you can find another travel agency that provides excellent services.

It was great to be able to book Iranian air tickets and hotels on the English site, which are not available on regular popular travel sites. In addition, I received a quick response to my numerous inquiries. What's more, they were very polite and helpful. Their website is also extremely easy to use.
