Daniel did a great job on our 1st folding doors. We have been really happy with the excellent doors and follow up service

We had our Bifolds installed 4 years ago and 1st folding sliding doors where so professional throughout the whole process and we were delighted with the final product. Recently we had minor issue with a closing mechanism on one of the doors. The aftercare service has been 1st class. Within one week an engineer had visited and fixed the issue. They also did a check of all the doors and replaced some of the seals between the doors and floor. I rarely post feedback reviews but on this occasion, a positive review is definitely deserved

Superb service from start to finish. Problems with gasket seals and hinges were corrected. Communications from Jenny were clear and friendly and Daniel was ace in performing the work. 💯 % happy.

The doors are incredible. We had a BIG space to fill and the team have been fantastic. The Install was quick and easy and then the post install service is first class. As expected there were a few snags on such a large space but everyone has been so helpful and following up any situation that came up. Many thanks to Jenny and Dan for their attention to detail.

Having had our doors fitted 6 years ago, the lock had stiffened and was only intermittently locking. Jenny responded to my communication immediately and booked Dan in to assess the issue the same week. Dan called ahead of arrival to notify me of when he would be at the house, which I appreciated and was very accurate. When here, Dan was professional, personable and swift it assessing and rectifying the problem. As well as simply fixing the problem, Dan also advised on door maintenance also. Thank you for such excellent service.

First Folding’s Patio doors are massive and awesome. Installed in 2019, this was a service visit due to a lock issue. Jenny booked it. Dan turned up on time. Expert knowledge, experience & expertise and the doors are back to normal. Brilliant. Thanks guys.

We could not recommend Enjoy the View Glazing highly enough. From start to finish the process was seamless. They replaced ALL of our windows and doors. The attention to detail was really impressive. We are absolutely delighted. If you are thinking of getting windows or doors, use them. Brilliant.

Amazing service! After 16 years we needed some of the panels to be replaced. We contacted Jenny the Service Manager who arranged for a free survey, ordered the panels and they were installed as promised by Daniel and a colleague over a few hours. They adjusted the doors and replaced the lock. So pleased with the level of the support after so many years of installation. Courteous, prompt and competent!

I bought a bi-folding door from 1st Folding Sliding Doors nine and a half years ago, and I was very happy with their service at the time.

Unfortunately, earlier this year the door stopped closing properly, so I contacted them again. Jenny, the Service Manager, was wonderful. She quickly arranged for a team to visit on a Saturday, as it was the only time I could do, and they resolved the issue as soon as possible.

They could have tried to argue that the problem was caused by me, but they didn’t. Their guarantee is 10 years on workmanship and 20 years on materials, and I can personally confirm that they truly stand by it.
