Been with 1p since the beginning, apart from the odd teething problems at the start have been the best SIM card mobile phone account I’ve ever had, highly recommend especially to anyone who travels a lot, always works same tariff every country I’ve been. Prices and plans simple top ups and extras simple, so ideal also for old or young, first phone etc.

Used 1p Mobile for a number of years now and find the service excellent, billing, usage simple to understand always get good coverage when using mobile.

I am very angry with this Ripp off company . I have a disable relative who only uses his old mobile phone once or twice a month in an emergency to call me . It used to be £5 or £6 for 3 months. Now it’s £6 every month for just 3 or 4 calls a month. Tried ringing them but it seems they are not accepting calls anymore! How do you expect a OAP to go on line ? I also got a message from 1p mobile to ring 150 for balance. When I ring 150 it’s SKY mobile ! This company should be investigated urgently. Try ringing 03333442278 it’s never answered ever now between 9 and 5 .
This company was good 4 years ago but Not anymore . THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED especially with the 5 star reviews from customers who had been them for years and suddenly giving 5 stars and only reviewing this company and no other companies!

Easy to set up & very easy to use, account balance is easily checked. We’re on a narrowboat with hardly any signal but we had full internet access all day.

The process was straightforward and went smoothly. Great price. All good so far. Haven’t had to seek support for any reason.

Im a very low user and 1p mobile is ideal for me top up £10 every 120 days no more wasting monthly payment for using about 200 mb of data a month and paying for a package that is a money waster

Used to be good. Unauthorised payments taken from bank account. Rude customer service. Moved to LEBARA.

Easy Sim and number swap.

Very confusing pricing structure. I was with them for just over a month on what I thought was a £15/50gb a month plan...I spent over £61 in that time...not sure how though partly the issue was 1p treating Ireland as a foreign country when other people companies don't (living in Northern Ireland a lot of of time is spent in the south). (Was previously with Sky on their 40gb month deal and NEVER used more data.)

Excellent value on one of the best networks in the UK. No contract, just a regular recurring payment I can cancel any time I like (but I won't be doing that any time soon)

Good service

Like some recent reviewers, an unauthorised top-up of £10 has been taken from my account. I have not set up auto-top up, have not been using it for over a year and suddenly they have just taken money from my account.

It's early days only a week in but process to join was simple, good choice of tariffs. Easy to port number over and so far signal is good.

My Dad is so pleased with his 1p mobile sim. His previous network had no signal in his house and had to go outside to make a call.. not helpful if you are elderly, not feeling well and its raining. He now can get signal anywhere in his bungalow and it has improved his experience of mobile phones enormously. Thank you. If my network let's me out of the last few months of my contract I will certainly be joining 1p!
