Price Petersen of Commercial Contracting is the contractor for Meadowview Estates. I had a leak in my bedroom appearing to come from the outside deck which is on top of my bedroom ceiling. Price evaluated that the leak was coming from the lining on my deck and replaced it. I continued to have leakage on my ceiling. He blamed it on the patio door on my deck as it was19 years old. After getting several contractors out to give me estimates, ALL of them insisted the leakage was not coming from my door, but the roof. I argued this point with him through our management company, but he insisted it was the door. I spent over $4K for Andersen Windows to replace the door and double insulate it. Both the Andersen guys and I planned our time around when Price could be there to see they were properly installing the door. At the last minute, the management company informed me Price would not be able to make it, but he had no problem with Andersen installing without him as they know what they are doing. So Andersen had me take pictures of them doing the job, so Price could see how tight they were making this. STILL leaks! My gutter by my front entry way was not installed long enough to meet up with the roof and rain and ice cycles go between the gutter and roof. Price said it was not the gutter at fault, but the unevenness of the roof line. EVERYONE, including contractors, have told me he didn't make the gutter long enough to meet up with the roof. Most recently, I submitted pictures of the recently power wash and painting of my building which has gouges, splinters and looked terrible. He came to review and accused me of wanting everything perfect and he can't help the fact that the previous contractor did not properly prep my place before painting. I live in the same building as everyone else who do not have these bumps and splinters on their units. He verbally attacked me and rudely interrupted me when I would try to explain anything to him and would keep talking over me trying to intimidate me. Informed me that unless the wood is rotted, he would not fix anything! Most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude! I would not recommend him!

Stumbled across the site but would definitely use it again.

One thing I did find out is that little small fireplaces like mine were hard to find people who would even fix.and I live away from the city another drawback.

Chris was very professional on time and did good work.....he worked longer than estimated and would not take any extra money....saying he sticks to his estimate ........very easy to talk to and bent over backwards to do a good job....I would use his services again any time

It is a very thorough, intensive inspection of current structure and history of a house by an exceptionally knowledgeable professional. It is perhaps a more expensive study than other property inspections from competing companies but, for me, it is worth it to have the most competent and unbiased inspection.
The inspector who conducted the investigation of our property was very impressive in his review and covered most aspects of our home.

I received a prompt call on scheduling my appointment. The service was great and made the whole process easy. Maintenance service on my natural gas generator was done in a timely manner and was done in a thorough and professional manner.

I called HydroTech HVAC LLC contractor last night & spoke with JIm. I asked him 2 times if he gives free estimates & he sais "YES". I scheduled an apt with him for this afternoon between 1 2 PM. he came @ 2 with his son. I told him what I wanted, bu. I wanted to stay & watch what he was doing, but he said that was not necessary. When he called me to say he was finished, he told me I owed him $375 because he fixed the boiler. I told him I didn't ask him to fix it, all I wanted was a free estimate, I told him the boiler didn't need to be fixed etc. buy he said he fixed it, then went on to read off the findings from the other company who had left their findings on the boiler. .My daughter who was there, told him that he didn;'t fix anything, B/c the boiler was turned off, & we did not ask him to fix it. all was need was a free estimate on the cost of purchasing a new boiler .He gave a quote, but said we had to pay him because he worked. He wasn't in my home even for 10 minutes.( I have witnesses) I was not going to pay him because I had no money, but my daughter paid him with her credit card before I could stop her. I went outside to stop her, & spoke with the contractor, because what he was doing was wrong etc .He then said he would make it $175 & scribbled !75 over the original #. My daughter tried to stop the payment, but could not B/C the bank said it was a one time payment & not a recurring one, & she would have to dispute it, I called him back later B/C I was so angry, He said he didn,t want to speak with me. Please DO NO USE HYDRO TECH HVAC for ANY of your plumbing needs etc, because they R DISHONEST& WILL CHEAT YOU. check with BBB before you use ANY contractor for their rating etc BEFORE U do business with them.

Auto Lawn Irrigation was excellent! Quick response from 1800Contactor online, a phone call within minutes, service was scheduled,they were on time, worked quickly to find & repair leak then cleaned up the best they could with all the mud.

I would use Auto Lawn Irrigation again as well as 1800Contractor.
