Expensive, inefficient, and not nice customer service

I forgot to stop the renewal of an ad. I asked support for a refund 2h after I've noticed the payment and they refused. Their notice was 1 day - not enough time.

They might have gotten 1 more payment from me, against my will, but they lost all my future payments.

Can't recommend this rip-off website cashing in their Monopoly.

Overall good

There was only one thing I did not like: when you pay for the advertisement, the default option is automatic renewal of the advertisement. This should be an option, not the default choice. If you forget to delete the advertisement, you will be charged again the cost of the advertisement after one month. If there had not been this annoyance, I would have given 5 stars.

Don't take user data seriously

User passwords are not encrypted and are send in plane text by email after registration.
Just imagine how easy it would be for someone to obtain your private information if they get hacked (possibly card info as well, considering the automated advertisements renewal).
I'll make sure I delete my profile and info as soon as my add expires.

Hello Yasen,

Thank you for the information.

We take user data very serious.
As of today, passwords are encrypted and we do not send login-information by email anymore. User can now reset their password on a secure https page. The payment-information is not stored locally and have always been handled by a professional gateway and Nets.
