They are not going to pro actively sell your house for you, but for the price you can't argue, far far cheaper than the high street.

Communication between 121, vendor and potential buyer is simple and easy.

Pictures are loaded promptly and any subsequent amendments to your listing are carried out without fuss or delay.

The image quality of the pictures for our home was poor and when I queried this I was ignored. When sending in alternative images I was then told that the computer power was insufficient to manage them (1mb) - strange for a web-based company.

I had a number of potential buyers tell me they struggled with the website.

Also, there were a number of times when the service was slow to respond, including after I moved agent and sold the house - despite asking several times and the last time quite assertively for my house to be taken off he market, I have been repeatedly ignored and it is still on rightmove.

Unfortunately I have had a bad experience with this company - it was a waste of money for me as I went to a high street agent instead. I would recommend doing some research and finding an alternative online agent.

Upping sticks and moving is so expensive some opted for the upfront payment to sell my house but chose the upgrade to premium listings sale board etc.

The guys were a bit slow to start with but very effieicient to make changes to pics and description under my request and the photographer was very professional and did great work.

If you're just after a budget way to get your property onto Rightmove etc then would highly recommend and staff are very quick to action.

I recently used 121move.co.uk to sell my property. The inital service was great in terms of arranging for the listing of my home on Rightmove and other search engines. I was able to use the online messaging system easily and arranged a couple of viewings, which i perfomed myself, and accepted an offer after a couple of weeks on the market.
I found that Matthew was very quick in responding to emails, which made the process less stressful than it may have been with a high street agent.
Im pleased I went this route and ultimatly saved myself thousands which i'm now using to decorate my new home the way i want. To be honest I really do not know where the money you would have to pay to a high street agent goes, or what they do to warrent it.
The only minor negative was that the photographers photos did not nessesarily depict the rooms in the best way, however this did not prevent buyers booking appointments.
Whilst takign the decision to sell online is a leap into the unknown it does pay dividends when you reach completion date, I would recommend 121move to anyone looking to sell their property online.

121move is the best way to buy and sell you home. I have used this on line estate agent for both purchase and sell and on both occasions the process went very smooth. Because it is an on line agency it allows you to manage the sale process yourself, give a personal touch etc.

When we first decided to sell our house, we had numerous quotes from various high street estate agents; some better than others, but all still quite pricey.

And then we came across 121move.co.uk.

Granted, it's not like a traditional estate agent and the approach is very "hands off". But that's not necessarily a bad thing, because we found the high street estate agents to be quite pushy and 'sales-y'. We were more than happy to do the viewings and to communicate with interested parties. And we figured for that price, then you can't go wrong.
