It is a total scam company!
It is a total scam company! They made an appoint right away as I called, which seemed encouraging. But all they did was throw poison all over the place and charged over 500euros, giving a 3 month guarantee that they will come free of charge if the issue is not solved and make sure it is. A week later we still had mice in the apartment, so the poison did nothing. We called them back made a new appointment, and they did not show up. Waited for them and kept calling for 1 hour and a half and after two times when they answered the phone saying the expert arrives in 15 mins, they stopped responding and now every time I call that number I get a voicemail.
Legal action is on its way!
