Deposits always an issue

I have been a loyal customer for more than 7 years and spent days and nights with this platform. Over the last 5-6 months deposits have become nightmarish. And now, I lost trust because I made a deposit 9 days ago and funds are not added and when asked, they give templated answers. No sense of empathy and just standard answers as always. It was a good platform earlier without any hassles but these days every 3rd deposit fails!!

Deposit not credit

I don't even want to give them a single star. They failed to either refund the money I deposited on June 21 or credit it to my 10Cric account by July 5. They just harass customers; whenever I ask for an update, they simply copy-paste and send the same message. There is no one worse than them—this company can't even process a single refund in 14 days. Since June 21, all they’ve been saying is "please allow us some more time," stringing me along until July 5. No one should trust them. Can someone tell me how to take legal action against them? It's a fraudulent company. On June 21st, they told me to wait for an hour; after an hour, they said they would provide an update and asked me to wait further. A few days later, they claimed the refund would be processed by July 1st, but after that date passed, they asked for even more time. They seem to take customers for fools.
I sent you the payment screenshot, and you said the refund would arrive by July 1st, but it didn't. Then you asked for a bank statement, which I also provided. Now, every day, you just keep asking for more time. It has gone from June 21st to July 6th—what more do you want? How much longer do you intend to fool the customer?

A Blatant cheating of closing accounts…

A Blatant cheating of closing accounts without reasons and taking money lying in customer accounts. When you reach out to them they state that the account is closed but no reason is provided stating clause 14. Even clause 14 in their website states that account can be close but account balance should be refunded

Deposit not credited for more than 16 days

I am registered user of 10cric by Username Starsunmeetsinger,I made a deposit of 687 on 17th june but it was not credited to my gaming account ,After 2 days their customer support mailed me that the deposit has failed and I will get a refund by 25/06/2026 but till today 4 th of July I have not got my money back even after sending hundreds of emails and sharing bank statement ,they always send robotic emails ,can trust pilot help me get my refund ,even though amount is small but it is all about breaking trust as I have been a regular customer of 10cric since almost 7 years and previously also been a vip and given then business of more than 20 lacks ,, previously their service was good and i myself gave them 5 star review,but this time they have not given my money please help get my money

UPDATE: Still NO resolution. Submitted account details via Trustpilot 24 hours ago as requested by.They mistakenly paid only 1,300 INR out of 13,000 INR.Total technical or manual error on their end.

I made a withdrawal of 13k INR on 27th June but they credited only 1300 INR in my bank account and marked the withdrawal request as confirmed. From that Im trying to send multiple emails to the support team with all the payment proofs showing incorrect withdrawal amount processed from 10cric. Every time they will send only one type of useless worthless point less meaning less copy paste emails stating like we are actively working on your request and please allow some more time to look into this and as soon as we receive an update we will inform you.
But looks like that update is not going to be coming from their and keep dragging this issue for weeks. Literally they are drinking my blood and sweat sending the same copy paste emails again and again without providing any resolution even when all proofs are submitted 😭😭🥺

It's been 10days past since iam waiting for my balance withdrawal amount of 11700 INR to be credited either in my bank account or back to my 10crci account except iam being surrounded by the bot emails every time with resolution at all 😭😭

Deposit Issue And Customer Care Not Response About On Deposit

I Have Deposited 4000 INR on 13/06/2026 via UPI, but it was never credited to my account. I have been contacting customer support for 20 Days and even provided my official bank statement with the password. Instead of resolving a DEPOSIT issue, their useless bot support is continuously replying and asking for a "Payment Receipt And Bank Statement" They promised to fix it by 22nd June 2026. but failed completely. Worst service by 10cric

Worst service by 10cric , i have deposited 5000INR on 17th june and they said refund will come before 25th and today is 27th and still not credited, worst fake site and today i made another deposit of 2000INR , and this one also not credited again i got a mail for refund and i have been using this application from 2 to 3 years but from last 2months there is lot of issues scams frauds happening in 10cric this is becoming scamming site slowly , so guys please be aware of this fake app now a days and iam a VIP player too they are cheating frauding scamming on high leavel

I have been a 10cric customer for over…

I have been a 10cric customer for over 7-8 years.
My deposit was not credited to my playing account and the 10Cric has confirmed on the email stating the refund will be processed by 25/06/2026.

The proof for bank transaction has already been submitted as requested by them and they have confirmed the same.

Even the customer support is not working.

I have exchanged over 50 emails but I get a standard reply stating they need more for some information.

This is totally not acceptable.

Most Filthy Fraud company in Gaming Industry - Cheats customer Money in withdrawals as well as deposits.

I withdrawn Rs 11000 thousand on 10th June 2026. On 11th June 2026 transaction was showing confirmed on their website but No money was received in my bank account.

I contacted customer care of 10cric on email. They told me to wait for 24 hrs I will receive the money.

After 24 hrs when I had not received the money I again contacted them. They asked for my bank account statement. Provided me a utr , I contacted my bank with the utr. My bank clearly said that no such money has been received and asked me for Payment receipt for further investigation.

I shared that screenshot conversation with the 10cric email team and ask for payment receipt.
They kept me waiting for 8 days saying again again the same thing that my money is afe and we are working to provide you the payment receipt.

Now yesterday they told me that they have sent the money and they have completed the investigation and they can't do anything and will not provide any more information or receipt other than utr number.

They have not sent the money and scammed me. Otherwise I have never ever have this kind of situation. What is the problem of providing payment receipt. If they have sent the money.

Such a fraud website this is.

Update - This Filthy company has done nothing. I asked them to give me a payment receipt regarding Rs 11000 withdrawal payment which was never received but they are saying that they will not provide anything else and they have sent the money.

Wtf If they have sent the money what is the problem sharing the payment receipt or screenshot of the money transfer. I have not received the money my bank is saying that to investigate they need payment receipt but this Filthy company has not been provided me the receipt.

Don't ever use this platform guys.

Deposit issue

One week ago, I posted a review. After three days, my review was removed. Instead of removing my review, please resolve the issue that has been unresolved for the last 2.5 months.

I have been facing an issue with a deposit for the last 2.5 months. I deposited ₹22,499.99 via UPI to the details provided in the deposit section on March 27th, 2026.

My transaction details as follows:
1) Date: 27-03-2026
2) Time: 12:03 pm
3) UTR number: 3996 XX06 4379
4) UPI id: 5913097629@myapgb

Initially, 10cric said it would be refunded on or before April 3rd, 2026. After April 3rd, they said they needed more time. Even after 15-20 days, the issue remained unresolved. After 1 month, they started claiming they never received the funds.

However, my bank’s customer care clearly confirmed that the funds were successfully transferred to the merchant on 27-03-2026. The bank officials also said a chargeback is not possible.

I have sent multiple emails to 10cric regarding this, but there has been no resolution. I am extremely disappointed with 10cric’s service.

As a non-VIP member, I cannot access live chat. Whatever query I raise, I only get replies from their chatbot "Mia," which neither solves issues nor connects me to a human agent.

If the funds were not received on that date, I requested them to provide their merchant bank statement for that date. They still have not solved my deposit issue, even though 2.5 months have passed.

I do not trust 10cric. They are not reliable anymore.

Totally fraud app

Totally fraud app. I have deposited 2100 on 09.06.2026, but today on 11.06.2026 not getting money in my account. No proper customer support. Nothing is working. Totally fraud app. Never play here.
Today 17.06.2026, they told me you will get refund in your bank account before 17.06.2026, but not a single rupee i got in my bank account. today they ask me for my bank statement. i give my bank account statement also. but not get my money. this is fraud app. don't play here. play with parimatch and other app. but dont here. no vlue of player money.

They are not going to help anymore so stop using 10cric.

If your deposit does not reflect instantly in your wallet, you can completely forget about your money.I made a UPI deposit 37 days ago. My bank successfully located the funds and confirmed they were "Credited Online" directly to 10Cric's third-party payment aggregator. To recover my missing money, I filed a formal bank chargeback and escalated it to pre-arbitration. Shockingly, 10Cric’s own merchant bank REJECTED both disputes, legally claiming to the banking network that the transaction was successful and the funds were delivered!This exposes a critical trust issue with this platform. Without trust, you cannot run a platform like 10Cric. One single major trust issue like this can completely spoil the business and reputation of 10Cric, because players will realize their funds are never safe. If your merchant bank rejects my chargeback and pre-arbitration by claiming they have the money, how can I get my refund? My bank has tracked the funds straight to your payment processor. Yet, 10Cric customer service keeps repeating the automated lie that they "have not received the funds."You cannot have it both ways. Your system took my money, blocked my bank from pulling it back, and refuses to credit my gaming wallet. Once your funds are stuck, 10Cric will trap you in a loop of denial and run down the clock until it's too late to dispute. Do not trust them with your hard-earned money.You have to take direct responsibility for my case and do the justice. Good platform but third-party payment gateways are frustrating

10Cric is a good platform for sports betting and has great promotional offers. But depositing money through third-party wallets like iCash.One is a total nightmare. My funds get stuck, and it ruins the whole gaming experience. 10Cric support needs to step in and integrate more reliable and fast direct UPI options for Indian players. Until the payment methods are made safer and smoother, it is hard to give a full 5-star rating.
