I am still waiting a solution to my day2 tests delivered damaged. I sent an email 48hours ago with no reply = 12 times longer than your "max 4 hours to email reply customer email" claim.

After 90 minutes on hold and a woman repeating "they have technical difficulties, call back later", 3 weeks passed and I received my test result in form of a few words in an email, after I complained.
Update: I was contacted by the company and negotiated a refund.

Would not reccomend. Over 4 days since posting my day 2 PCR sample I have still not received my result. I have used other companies for this before with no such delay. Cheap, yes. But by far the slowest I have used.

Got my Day 2 result on Day 7. Husband never heard back from them about his at all! We used the priority postbox and their (maybe fake?) 24 hour special delivery labelling. Our packs were different in every way, instructions and packaging very confusing. Bad English on rubbish form. Dreadful waste of money. No acknowledgment of receipt of anything at anytime. Rubbish company. Used Randox instead, they are 100% better.

Do not trust this company. It took them 8 days to send me the test that should have been done in the second day when arriving back to UK. I had to organise the test in another way.

I have requested refund of their lousy service and they responded it will take them 28 days to deal with the issue which is laughable.

I wish I had read the reviews. I have been self isolating for more than a week and still I’m waiting for my results 😭. When called they were not able to trace my sample. Avoid, avoid, avoid….
I have also checked out their Bradford lab website. Everything is fake. Phone number isn’t working. I’m going to refer them to ASA as they are a fake company and they shouldn’t be on Google!

I have ordered the kit and got it on time, since it was sent back did not hear from them for 4/5 days, upon calling them waiting for 2 hours for call to be answered but then again got told to wait another 24 hours, called after 24 hours I was told to wait for another 72 hours, asked to speak to manager and reply was that they are not authorised to transfer or connect my call to manager. Made a complaint but was not given reference number as again they were not authosed to give me my own complaint number. the call center probably based aborad as the accent was typical Indian and the name was given as Emily Johnson but no operator ID was given. emailed the complaint but still no response after 4 days. got 2 results back out of 5 and still waiting after 8the day. SHAME

Total waste of time. 7 days later still waiting for my day2 Pcr results another example of Rip Off Britain

No results, can't contact them, DON'T USE AVOID. Someone somewhere is pocketing tax payers cash for nothing.....Should be shut down

Basically, I ordered my test a lot of time in advance.
Last Monday I arrived in London I bought a day 2 PCR ...they sent me an email that my test will be delivered by Wed between 1 to 4 pm...never happened. Its Friday...I had to buy another test to know that I am negative and come back to work. I sent emails ...no reply...I am calling now...1 hour on the phone ...impossible to speak with a representative...Basically, my test is not delivered and they got my money...I want a refund please...my recommendation is not to buy any test here... you will lose your time and money!

Used this company for day 2 test. Ordering process was simple and we had the kits delivered before we landed. Sent the test in on Tuesday and we had the test result back by Wednesday night.

This SCAM company is a joke.Just avoid.I lost 3,5 working days, waiting for the results.

I would avoid these and any company that appears to be related to these. My childrens tests never arrived on time despite ample opportunity for them to be sent out. Still waiting for mine and my wife’s result even though they say they have sent it ( been a week since I landed) this was for the day 2 tests. Avoid like the plague. Money down the drain thank goodness the government have changed the rules so no one else can be put out of pocket. No response to my emails asking for a refund for my child’s tests either. basically I paid for a service I did not receive with apparently no right to a refund at all in the year 2022, shocking!

The testing kit tube received was not properly hermetic so liquid leaked in the plastic bag.
Five days after returning the sample, still no results whereas my partner who was using a competitor received hers two days ago.
Might be cheaper than others but not reliable.

This SCAM company is joke. Waiting over 72 hours for day 2 test result . Customer service is completely unacceptable. I asked many times for test receiving confirmation but they never answer. Very not recommended.

Customer service is too good whenever I wrote an email got reply, although phone system is on long waiting. They sent kit on time but due to Royal Mail and holidays, my result was delayed. I can’t blamed them. I read lots of reviews but be kind enough to consider other things as well. Thank you so much 😊

We were travelling back to the UK on 27 December and my wife and I have ordered a mail-in day 2 PCR test from 1010labs the day before. We were supposed to do the test by 29 December, but the test kits weren't even posted by them until 5pm on on the 29th. Instead of a courier, the tests were posted with the Royal Mail 24 hour service, which, due to the New Year holiday weekend, didn't arrive until 4 January. I have posted my tests back the same day and my result finally arrived by email in the early hours of 6 January.

It took 10 days for me to get my test results from the day of arrival and I had to quarantine at home for the entire 10 day period including New Years Eve and the long weekend. I would never again use a company that relied on Royal Mail to ship out the test kit, and would probably choose one that offered walk-in testing instead, preferably at the airport.

Another thing to note about this company: their terms and conditions basically rule out cancellations and refunds for any reason whatsoever. The kit was OK, the instructions somewhat redundant and confusing - there was a paper form asking for all the information you have already entered online. Also the instructions said that you must sign the form or your test will not be processed, but there was no field for the signature on the form.

Only use this company if you just care about the price and don't mind waiting several days for the result.

Cheap and price transparent compared to other day 2 test providers. Easy and straightforward to order, use and return.

We got our day 2 tests on day 2, and I got my results back after 3 days and my partner after 4 days even we sent them back at the same time. So it's a bit waste of time waiting for a negative test and keep being isolated.
