Purchased two recovery certificates for a flight to New York in April 2022. Description states a 12 hour turnaround but received them in 2. Screenshots from my NHS app with confirmed LF test were sufficient. If you're flying BA, the certificates don't work on their Verifly App, so you just have to show them at the check in desk instead (no reflection on this company, BA's app is rubbish). I also called the company before I purchased the certificates to ask a couple of questions and they were very helpful. Great service!

Received my test earlier than expected before my trip to Turkey. The results also came within half a day! I thought the results didn't come but ended up finding it in my junk folder so I would advice junk mail to be checked before panicking as I did! Would highly recommend!!!
