Assortment has declined (previously…

Assortment has declined (previously were more items to buy) during last years while prices increased and therefore expectation to offered product too :)

With regard to price developments, we would like to communicate transparently that we, like the market as a whole, have been confronted with rising freight costs. These challenges have unfortunately meant that we have had to adjust our prices in order to continue to ensure the quality and availability of our products. Backorder

You didn’t send all, you had those in webshop. And it was backorder, but it freight was in invoice. All other order 5star

Regarding the missing items, we would like to explain that some products were removed from your order due to low stock levels. Very rarely we have small quantities below a sales unit in stock, which are then shown as available in the webshop, which can lead to discrepancies. We are constantly adjusting this information to avoid such discrepancies.

Some other items unfortunately experienced delays in delivery, which is why they were not available in time for your order. We understand that this can be frustrating and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We appreciate your loyalty and understanding and want to ensure that your future experience with us fulfils your expectations. For any inconvenience, we offer our sincere apologies. I am mostly pleased with my purchases.

I am mostly pleased with my purchases.
My only issue is the Christmas bells were not as good quality as last few years,also nearly every string fell out and had to be re strung
Also when I was trying to get orders the people commenting with my transport agent would ask different questions each time and the process of getting papers and info ready for delivery made quite a big delay in me delivery time.
I am however happy with most of the other products and find the goods to be very good.
