Absolutely the worst experience ever!
I chose on portal to be informed 30 min before driver come to my adress, because I am pregnant and it takes me time to take steps from 3rd floor down, get dressed and so on...
Of course driver called me, when he was already parking. He left pallet with Kindermöbel outside on the street, on the rain.
When I told him I am not going to sign the papers, because how will I pregnant at the end of pregnancy put alone 215 kg to the house.
I didn´t ask him to bring it on the 3rd floor, just to leave it inside of the house!
After few minutes of discussion I had to go up for knife to cut the foil, because he had nothing with him...and we put together all 7 boxes inside.... Now I am already 2nd day in big pain, because I had to carry on so heavy things.
Just hope baby is OK!
