All Purchase no product

Edit: I did get a response from their German (.de) email. There was an incident that has them redoing all orders from early April on, and there are significant delays in delivery due to this.

Like many of the one-star reviews as of late, my order has stalled. I placed an order (us-1316857) on April 9th with an estimated delivery date of April 23rd. My order is stuck "in production" and I can not reach any customer service through any of the communications provided by the company. I have emailed the info(at)wunderlabel.com email multiple times, left voicemails, and used the onsite chat, which I have received no feedback from. I will need to dispute the charge very soon if I do not get any reply from the company.

Order unfulfilled, false production tracking information, non existent customer service.

Order placed a month ago. Tracking said the item was ready for postage. Weeks passed, and the delivery date passed, with no dispatch. These things happen, so I contacted support multiple times, to no response. Finally got a response: Support stated the equipment to produce my order was unavailable, despite tracking stating production of my order is complete. Was promised a refund. These things happen. Over a week passes with no refund. Contacted support multiple times to no response. Support email just bounces back with an automated 'We are waiting for your response' reply. Despite ordering once before some time ago with no issue, this time I have met appalling service and unfulfillment of both order and refund, and I would strongly advise anyone against.

The first 2 times I was very happy

The first 2 times I was very happy, good quality and in time delivery. I´m now waiting for my labels since weeks. I dont receive any reply on my emails and when I call I get a tape and after 1 minute they hang up? What is happening at Wunderlabel?

Excellent work

My tags arrived exactly when you said they would. I think I have reordered at least 4 times so I’m glad you’ve kept my file intact over the last few years

These are lovely labels

These are lovely labels, however the first batch were misspelled. Having said that, I cannot fault customer service, which issued corrected labels with no delay. It meant a longer wait as they came from the States but they’re here and I’ve already used one.

Rush order not rushed wasted money

I paid $25 for rush shipping and my order is supposed to be here tomorrow, but the tracking says it hasn't even entered design, much less production.
I have been unable to reach any customer service despite trying to call (phone line doesn't connect to anyone, forces you to leave a message, and hangs up.
"Live chat" is nonexistent- I've been waiting on a response for 4 hours.
Email has not worked either, again, waiting 4 hours and no response despite their "2 hour" response time claim.

Upon further inspection, this is a chinese company, and not truly based in Germany.
If I do not receive my orders, I will have to file a fraud and chargeback claim with my bank and credit card companies.
