Nearly two months late

The company promised a 20 day turnaround and delivery timeframe. However, it took almost two months.

The customer service team ignored some emails and gave poor responses to others.

The labels when they came were fine, but the delays cost me two months' production time with no recompense or apology.

I ordered in August

I ordered in August, received an "update" on my order saying it was being held up and they were going to redo it. By mid October and I had heard nothing. I tried calling, Itried e-mailing -- nothing! This was the 3rd time I have ordered from them. The first two times my experience was great! This time, Iwas wondering if they were still even alive! But I did finally get my order from them!

My 3 stars was because of lack of communication and not a reflection on the product! I'm glad I finally got my order!

The sizes are totally wrong

The sizes are totally wrong, the labels are too small, total waste of time and money.

I never received my order and was…

I never received my order as was predicted to arrive. A month after expected delivery date, they finally responded and admitted it was not even coming. And now they have withheld my refund after they promised it in 6-12 days, and have stopped responding to my communication, they are withholding my money and not responding to my many inquiries.

Unacceptable wait time for order

There was a significant delay in the order. I only ordered 50 labels and stickers and they took 5 weeks to arrive. I had to call twice to try to get information. I guess I hadn't realised these labels travelled so far, which does not feel good. A postage refund was offered at the fourth week, which I accepted. But I will be looking for a different supplier more locally.

Missed my important deadline.

The labels were for a special show I was doing. I ordered them in plenty of time, I thought. It took almost a month & I had to follow up many times and request Express Mail. They still arrived late. I was disappointed because I had always had such a good experience with Wunderlabel. I am trying to decide whether I can still be a loyal customer.

I was supposed to receive my labels 2…

I was supposed to receive my labels 2 weeks ago. I haven't received them and there is no one to talk to about when I will receive them. I have waited almost one and a half months for these labels. What a rip-off! Don't order from these people. You will be sorry.

horrible customer service and completely blew me off when they messed up my order

I had been ordering labels from this company for several years. The last shipment they sent the labels in the wrong colors and cheap fabric. I told them about the mistake and they claimed they would be sending replacement labels. I have since been trying to contact them for over two months. I cannot reach them by phone and every email is ignored and an automatic response is sent. I have been totally blown off by this company and has spent over a thousand dollars with them. I am shocked by their lack of customer consideration. Please do not order with them and find another company for this type of service.

[FIXED by Wunderlabel Team] Seemed to be a nice company but not anymore

I made two orders there in the end of 2024 - all was good. Made a new one PT-1331602, on 16th SEP 2025, 2 weeks passed without any movement further. Cannot get to talk to them neither via chat on their website nor via the phone call. It seems it used to be a nice company but I would not recommend ordering here anymore if you value your time.

UPDATE 24.10.2025:
After being unable to reach out to them via their UK number and through the chat/email, I called to their US number: 1-800-650-0538
I quickly got to a human being and a very helpful person listened to all my concerns, explained there were issues with production and pushed my order forward. In two weeks from that contact I received the order in Portugal.
Thanks Wunderlabel Support Team, I would like to believe you manage to get past production and communication issues and are back on track asap!
The price/quality for the product you make is very good.

No worth anymore

It seems that it is no longer worth to ordering from this company. The order was paid for immediately at the time of ordering. Nothing has been heard since then. No replies to messages. The delivery date has passed a long time ago.

I’ve been waiting for weeks and weeks for the labels and when they finally arrived, a letter was missing!! They printed it wrong but the text was right!!
When I emailed them to e plain the situation zero response and same on the phone.. I would like a refund or at least the good spelling of my brand!!!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I still haven't received my labels. It said they should've been delivered by September 1, but as recently as today or whenever I go in to check my order status, it shows them as finishing (haven't even shipped yet). I have been waiting and waiting. When you try to contact them (on the phone #, you never get a person-- only a machine to leave a message and they never return your call) and on the website, the live chat is a bot, not a human and no helpful answers or responses are given. I feel like I have been scammed out of my money. Do not order from this company. Order your labels from another company. This company deserves zero stars. I am going to file with the Better Business Bureau. They should not be in business.

OThe order was placed and paid for weeks…

The order was placed and paid for weeks before receiving the goods.
Despite having emailed to discuss progress it later transpired nothing had been actioned.
Eventually managed to speak to a man who was helpful.

Dispatched my command in several…

Dispatched my command in several packages when I NEVER asked for it. I thought there was an issue with my command (forgot to give me the rest of it) and I had to call the customer service for them to tell me theyll send me the rest of my command later.
But I Never got my second package with had 3 out of 4 of my products bought. I'm currently opening a paypal dispute with them.
I'll never buy anything from them ever again

Crazy long make and delivery time

It took 5 weeks from when I ordered to receiving my labels. The labels are fine but I had no idea it would take such a long time. The estimated time of delivery wasn’t even close - it took more than a week after that until I finally received it. I ended up having to make my own labels for a wholesale order because I couldn’t wait any longer. Like it said, the quality of the labels is fine but I will not be reordering because of how long it took.

Labels are great, customer service is awful

The labels themselves are great but the customer service is non-existent.

The labels! They are really nice, high quality labels at a very reasonable price. It's literally cheaper to get these custom labels than other pre-made sewing labels. I got the glitter/gold text ones and they look so great, I love them. They also have a good selection of fonts and better customization vs. other websites.

The customer service...wow. It's unbelievable how terrible it is! Nobody responds to the emails. And for some reason I kept getting emails from them saying they emailed me back and are waiting for my response. Lies. I hadn't heard anything from them. Nothing. I had to reach out to their Instagram account to get a hold of someone. Fine. Whatever. I got through, was able to talk to someone about my order. But then delay, delay, delay. It took nearly two months to get my labels?? Unacceptable. It was well past my estimated delivery date when I finally got in touch with someone and they were having issues with their manufacturer. That's fine, it happens but let your customer know! It's ridiculous. I was sitting there wondering if I had been scammed. They don't update their website either so you're just in limbo, not sure if they're still making them or they've been shipped. Really annoying.

I decided to try giving them one more chance as I couldn't find a comparable place to get custom labels with glitter/gold thread at that price. Mistake. It's been three weeks, it's actually past the estimated delivery date again and as far as the website says they haven't even began production. So frustrating.

So if you're in no rush to get labels and don't need to make any changes or need to talk to anyone, they're a good choice, otherwise take your money elsewhere.
