This is the worst product I ever used on my brows. I got the black/Brown colour. I thought this would be brilliant but I was wrong. It looks fine when first applied. But then when it dries it forms this stiff later over your brows almost like you have a clay mask on your eyebrows. The colour also appears almost grey it turns such a light brown it looked awful. I got my money back thankfully but I would not recommend this at all.

It’s all lies, it looks clumpy and I swear it comes off.. I put so much effort trying to make it legit and this morning it was off.. ps I applied it around 10pm.. by 9am it was gone!!

Its not a great product. Id seen videos and reviews before purchasing and had high expectations. The dark brown / black is more grey and definitley not a dark colour. It does not sit well on the brows and it is patchy and 'bitty' looking. I wouldnt reccomend anyone uses this product.

Unfortunately after using this product successfully for a fair period of time I noticed my eyebrows were even more sparse than before, I stopped using it and now use a powder again but only when I’m out and about. I go makeup free Regularly now trying what I can to help my brows grow back.

Great product! my brows look amazing

AWFUL. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I applied the product yesterday and it looked great. I go to bed and wake up this morning and half of it has come off. It’s rubbish and I am so so so annoyed by how overrated this product is. Not happy.

Have purchased wunderbrow a couple of times now and have always been pleased with my purchase. Speedy delivery and the product is easy to use and works well (although it's much better to use the brush that can be purchased separately as the brush that comes in the bottle is absolutely rubbish.

I didn't even get to try it as it never turned up. I was made to wait 7 to 10 days before they confirmed I can have a refund due to a contract they have with royal mail. Even though it was posted 2nd class so clearly if I was going to get it, it would have been 2 to 3 days later. I only found all of his out after contacting them multiple times - their customer service is shocking, the representative I spoke to was so rude and nobody seems to care so their standards are very very low. Have now been told to wait 3 to 5 working days For my refund. So have been 20 quid out of pocket for 2 weeks for nothing.

I have always found it really hard to find a product that really works for brows; this one works just like it says it does and doesn't cost a million £. Watch a few YouTube tutorials on how to use this stuff and you're gold. It lasts all day and looks pretty natural, depending on how you do it. I'm a big fan of their brow product and think this was money well spent. Highly recommend!

Customer service was also very helpful via FB messenger, I had no problem at all making my purchase, receiving etc.

I hate giving reviews altogether but I had to make an exception for this particular product I was so exited for it and I tried so hard to make it work as I had enough of doing my eyebrows everyday. I bought brown/black wunderbrow and believe it or not after applying the colour the colour looks grey/green and looks like I used actual paint and made my eyebrows look wrinkly and a had a superglue feel now every single tutorial I watched only had amazing reviews which tell me that this is just a scam as I have emailed customer care and no reply so I'm stuck with it after spending 40 pounds on there products.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY and EYEBROWS.

The product is okay but unlike what they say, it doesn't last. I sent them two emails and two comments on Facebook and no one got back to me. I asked why it didn't last for me even though they claim it lasts for days. It lasted mere hours on me no matter how I applied it. Customer service is terrible.

At first I liked this product, but after a week my brows started falling off!!! Wth?!! I washed it off every day with regular soap and everytime the product came off but it should stay on for a few days? It doesnt work at all except that it stays on a whole day. But it's not worth loosing half of your brows for! Also, the product dried out after 1,5 week! I am disappointed Wunderbrow, stop misleading your customers!

I was so excited when I received my product. Too bad it is not what I had hoped for. I ordered the auburn but, it was more of a taupe. I'm returning it.

It doesn't work like it says. I am blonde and it was NOT what was shown in the tutorials. Both my daughter and I used it and was dissatisfied. We tried to get help but every time we would watch the tutorials, the product we had didn't work the same.

Arrived in reasonable time. But such an awful product. Sticky and makes you look like you've used emulsion paint on your face! The promo videos are incredibly misleading. It's not easy to apply and the applicator in the videos is not the one that comes in the box. I can't recommend this product. Save your money and stick to pencil.

When I first started using wunderbrow. I loved it. However my eyebrows are falling out. I only have half a brow left. Why did this happen? I wash it off every night. Disappointed!

I would love to give a good review, as the product itself is pretty awesome BUT, firstly I paid for next day delivery but didn't get for several days and when it did arrive, I didn't receive a full/new product.. I got 3 uses and noticed the container was empty apart from remnants around the edges.. I contacted customer service 6 times with no response!!!! .. When you pay out for something you do expect to get what you pay for. I actually like the Wunderbrow a lot but wouldn't order again if didn't get a full product the first time and no help to resolve issue £19.99+ p&p is expensive for 3uses!!!
I held off doing review, in the hope I'd get response and then be able to give 5* but still no reply!!! ....

Worst customer service!

I received your product a few days ago and tried it for the first time. I like the thickness it creates, but the color is just brown, not auburn. It says auburn on the label, but it is definitely not. I will not buy it again because of this. I reported this to the company three days ago, asking for a return number, and have not had a reply.
