Absolutely fantastic - From start to very quick finish I felt like I was the only customer. I very quickly (same day!) received professionally personalised design options to choose from that really understood my objective and far surpassed my very amateur suggestion . I have just received the finished product which is simply perfect and so nicely presented. I cannot recommend highly enough. I will be back.

I asked for a quote for our club and was surprised to get a reply within the hour and all communication after that was prompt and very helpful. From placing the order to delivery was quicker than I'd ever thought likely and was delighted with the product. I'd strongly recommend Wuffler to anyone looking for this sort of product.

Wasn't sure what I wanted other than a snood for my sister. Found one with pics of her dog and asked if certain wording could be added. Not only was my request answered swiftly I was sent a pic of what they thought I might want. Whole process was professionally dealt with and delivery was fast and free. Couldn't be happier with the service and the product.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Karen worked with me to create not 1 but 3 bespoke designs for my running club. Ordered and came within a few days.

The quality is top notch, each one individually packaged with washing instructions. I love the fact you can have variations as well as different weight material depending on time of year.

Wanted my logo on a Buff so researched companies that could do this. Came across Wuffler and Karen, Sent the idea to her, and with hrs a reply and designs to choose from. The best part for me was the minimum order that sold it for me as I didn't have to order 100 for only 7 people. Top-quality material and fabric would use again. Very Trust worth

Very good experience of working with Wuffler on a set of custom neck warmers for a socially distanced running challenge. We had some idea of what we wanted but the design guidance from Wuffler helped us to come to a decision on the design that worked best. Once that was decided they were very helpful on mocking up how tweaks would look, for example increasing the size of text.
As much as possible its a good idea to know what you want, and to know things like the specific font, colours (I gave them the hex number for colours). That way the process is streamlined and makes for much less back and forth. If I was to feed anything back for improvement I think a little document detailing what helps to be provided and the kind of designs that work better on a neck warmer. My advice to anyone reading this review is think about the different ways this can be worn, as a head band, beanie, bandana etc and work out the best way for your design to be presented. For ours we had text along the bottom such that when worn as a beanie the challenge name was spread around your forehead, which looks great in the flesh.
With everything settled Wuffler were pretty keen to get on and print and send these out. I did say we had a few weeks until it became urgent but they wanted to have it done and out to me as soon as they could which was great. It has meant all the runners can wear their commemorative Wufflers for a few weeks before the day of the challenge.

Ordered a neck warmer as a gift, as we love the Lakes picked a Lake District one.
Arrived well packaged and I’m really pleased with it, so much so I’ve just ordered a second one.
Very speedy service ; shame the GPO decided to deliver to the wrong street.

I have now ordered several items from Wuffler. Each time they have been quick and courteous in all aspects (Responding to queries, producing items, send out items etc). Everything I have ordered has come back better than I hoped.
If you are looking to create a high quality product of your own design I cannot recommend them enough.

Karen and the Wuffler team produced a great product for me - a custom made neck gaitor/scarf to my own design. Communication with Karen was good, and the final product excellent. The only minor niggle would be that a better description on the website of how artwork should be done (width, edges etc.) would have been useful. My initial attempt was very quickly and easily redone with Karen's advice, but some guidance on the website would have been useful. Delivery was exceptionally quick I received the product the day after confirming the order, and the quality was fine. Thoroughly recommended.

I was searching high and low for a local business that can offer a custom printed neck tube for a price that didn't break the bank. I found some on eBay and Etsy, however most of these did not meet my expectations. One had slow responses and most others were printed in US or even Latvia!

However I searched for hours on end with varying keywords, and on the first page of Google I discovered Wuffler. I thought, what a funny name, so I clicked and to my surprise I found out Wuffler is a UK based company printing locally and at prices similar if not better than Etsy!

I had a small browse around the site, it's simple and easy to use and contact information is very easy to acquire. But as soon as I saw the custom neck tube page, I absolutely loved that they branded the name 'Wuffler' for something that had so many different names (buff, snood, scarf, neck tube, gaiter, wrag)

Although I did most of the design work myself, Wuffler were more than happy to help out where required, with aligning things properly and changing colours to ensure it would print at its best - and as soon as I received it a few days later, I was beyond impressed! The print quality is better than I've seen with custom £50+ prints, the colours are vibrant, the detail is sharp and the fabric looks hand-cropped which gives it that super genuine feel!

All in all, Wuffler is a fantastic choice for your custom or pre-designed facewear, using the versatile fabric that can be worn in many different ways, as well as branding it to a word that we should all remember - Wuffler!

Me: Where does your material come from?

Ours comes from China.  Any other company who states that their material comes from anywhere other than abroad is not telling the truth.  I believe they make it in Bangladesh too.

Haha.  I would love to look at the items you purchased this last year (including the food you purchased) and comment on the origin of it all.  Foreign manufacture is involved in almost all goods purchased these days.  No doubt you have a mobile phone, perhaps a television or a radio.  That car you have, are all components manufactured in the UK?  I for one have absolutely no issue with the Chinese people.  I worked out there for several years and their workers are treated very well, unlike workers in Bangladesh for instance.  Just because they are under the boot of communism, doesn’t mean that they aren’t entitled to work and put food on the table for their family.  Undoubtedly they have an elite, but for the most part the average chinese worker is far from rich.
 
It is very admirable that you are quite willing to go without a certain product, if those goods involves any aspect of manufacture abroad.  You must live like a hermit.

I am really busy with genuine customers, who appreciate the hard work and attention to detail I put into my business. I couldn’t give a monkeys what you put on trust pilot review, you sad little individual. So much for supporting British businesses.

(They ended with a very abusive comment which trust pilot will not allow me to cut and paste).

I wanted to get custom buffs/snoods made for a ski trip and spoke to a few different companies, but Wuffler was the obvious choice - it was by far the cheapest and easiest, and had no minimum order quantity.

Karen was exceptionally helpful: helping with the design and making the artwork from a rough draft I sent (at no extra cost), getting them made posted in the space of a couple of days, and even offering individual mounts and packaging at no extra cost.

The product is top quality as well - they look fantastic and have already been through the wash several times and still look perfect. At least as good quality as Buff branded ones, yet still lower priced despite being personalised.

Wuffler is also a local business based on a farm in the Peak District, so it also helps support the local rural economy which is great.
