Correction of negative review
Initially, I wrote a poor review about Wuffes, and unfortunately, not because we had even tried the product. I ordered, before we received essentially the same product from our Vet. I did not know my wife ordered from the vet, so I had ordered from Wuffes. I received the product, and didn't open it, and requested a refund. They said, I couldn't return it or get a refund. But then they contacted me after I wrote, about the circumstances, and they made it right, I want to commend them, and their product service department, for being fair.

Don’t be fooled by the ads
The ads show these poor, old dogs with arthritis who can hardly get around. Then, after a few weeks or months on waffles they’re running around like puppies again. Trust me, that’s not how it works. Didn’t work at all in my experience and I used them for about a year. I gave them time to work. They didn’t. Every new jar, the pieces were stuck together and stale like they’d been packaged years ago. I do not recommend this product. Buy from a manufacturer you can trust.

So far I'm very pleased with the Wuffes…
So far I'm very pleased with the Wuffes chews! My dog is a Saint Bernard, she's 8, and was starting to show signs, in her front shoulders and knees, of pain. I'm seeing a difference after 2 months, and I'm hoping to see even more improvement! Customer service has been great as well!

More pep in her step!
I love this product. My dog seemed to have a little more pep in her step. She was a Senior dog. Unfortunately she recently passed and I had to cancel my subscription. I do know that if I were to get another dog, I would resume this product because I felt it helped my dog.

Wuffes worked so well
Wuffes worked so well for my black lab/German Sheppard mix. She took them for 3 years +, but she just won't eat them anymore so I had to find something else. They work so well though!

First I called as I wasn’t sure what I had sign up for as far as amount. My dog was getting low on joint chewables so I called to reorder. I was told that I was already going to get another jar. My dog seems to definitely benefit from these. She isn’t perfect yet but haven’t taken them for long and I always give things 3 months. I feel that she has definitely improved though so didn’t want to run out. The lady I talked to was very helpful. Plus I was so glad to be able to talk to a real person. So far robots are stupid when it comes to customer service. Oh, she slso spoke perfect English so my problem was solved immediately. Thank you for using real people that are American😊

Great product!
Your product has helped my dog so much!!! Before, she had trouble jumping into the car, and she weighed 60+ pounds; so it was hard for me to lift her. Once I started using Wuffes, she started running again, jumping into the car and on the bed!! It took about 3 weeks for her to get going, but I haven’t looked back. Your product has been a life-saver for my pooch AND me!! Thanks

Firstly, let me say that the Wuffes Joint Chews have been life changing for my 2 older gals. Their entire affects have changed so much since we started using them. They move so much more easily, are so much more active (even spry sometimes!), and are just generally happier and more engaged- all thanks to this wonderful product! The oldest one even reminds us when it's "medicine time!" The auto-ship option keeps us well stocked, but occasionally, we misplace a jar. I can definitely tell a difference when they miss their chews for even a day or two. Our man, Kevin, has been so helpful in getting our next shipment moved up when this happens. He is so prompt and responsive when I reach out. He even anticipates potential future needs, offering additional products/deals to keep my gals happy and well. Sometimes, he even throws in a little surprise for m'girls 😄🤫. (hint, hint, give this dude a bonus or a raise- no way he's only this good to us!)

Very Disappointing experience
My dog was constipated after taking Wuffles and ended up with poo all over his backside. I was within 90 days of the first order, but they automatically sent the 2nd order (very quickly with very little time to cancel the order.) I asked for a refund and they only provided me with 50% refund and can’t take the “food” item back. Their website stated:
“That’s why we create unbeatable products. We’re so sure you’ll love them, we offer a 90-day money back guarantee on all our edible supplements. If after 90 days you’re not happy with the product or results, all you need to do is contact us and we’ll make it right.”
They did not honor their warranty, plain and simple. I don’t understand how businesses can lie and get away with it like that…

For safety and quality reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on edible products, but we do try to offer partial refunds as a way to help.
