Do not join this company...When I first signed up to their algorithm it is all a con to get more of your monies and their advice is to invest in digital currency which I did not agree. If I did I would have lost all my monies. Then they passed my details to many other companies calling me day and night even from Switzerland wanting me to invest with them. Be vigilant of their sweet talk telling you how good their system. Despite telling them to delete my account, theyr refused to do so.

We booked our flight to Surinam on July 27 already in February and like all others not aware of Corona.
We faced several issues with WTC:
1. We were not able to call WTC
2. When sending emails about the request, there was no reply

When we finally received a mail from WTC, we were told:
1. We will get our refund between 6-12 months
2. We should contact them since they will not respond

The tickets were bought for 4 persons and you can imagine that this is not about a few hundred euros, but a few thousand euros.
How can they just tell us that it will take 6-12 months since KLM is providing refund as requested.

Fast, reliable highly recommend WTC.

User friendly website and I always feel safe making payments

I really appreciated the role WTC played in getting back our money when Jer Airways went bankrupt. We got all our money back. Overall WTC is clear, helpful and complete in showing which flights we can choose.

Every time I call, it takes 15-20 mins. On top of that, after canceling my ticket, they first told me, it would take 2-3 working days. On the 4th working day, I called again and they said the refund was not even be initialized. They need another day. This is the 6th day, and still, I do not receive my refund.
