I think this casino is rigged. I have deposited and played book of dead for about 100$ usd. I have been playing book of dead for YEARS. From the last 3 deposits I gotten bonus spins once on 0.20 bet and won 0.90$ book of dead is supposed to have RPT abt 96% I have never ever had more consecutive losses over the span of several days. From the last 3 days I have not gotten freespins once. Not even on 0.01 bet. I have played BoD for years on several different casinos so I am used to the win/loss rate, but not breaking even or getting freespins for several days is unheard of.

deposit 300 dollars. won 100. after verification of the account which lasted 10 days. they said that the account is blocked and now they don't even answer. the company positions itself as without kuzzts, but asks for documents that do not relate to the verification of identity. and even after sending the necessary documents they say that the documents are not suitable.

When I made deposits everything was fine, but when I put to withdrawal as they asked for KYC I passed the stage with documents but I can not confirm the address I wrote to them on the mail what is wrong with them but they do not respond and apparently their reviews are tilted, for such an attitude to customers they should be sent to the blacklist
They wrote that they blocked my account and that I allegedly violated their rules I would like to see proof but I did not get it in total they stole 1400$.

I succsesed with passport, selfi web procedure.. after that they ask me pdf file on my adreess.. i dent 2 bank statement--- it is accepted.. than they ask me another document with my adress.. Important.. they want "original PDF".. no conversation from Jpeg in PDF.. amating, but they accepted my 2 banks statement, my utility bill also accepteed.. than they want receie third document for ...electricity bill.. but in my countr electricity bill not provide in PDF format )).. alll in summary MSN received 14 !!!! documetns in pdf format with my adress.. and no copleted procedure..
