After some failed attempts to purchase stuff online, where the shipment went wrong or there were complications in the payment, Wsdear the first clean experience for me purchasing on the internet. It was straight forward to pay and track the packages to my country and home, as I watched the warehouse changes and the date the package arriving at the airport, etc. The products were better than I expected from a quality point of view (I imagined the cloth was ordinary given the offered price, but no) and I got my girlfriend and myself super happy with the stuff we got. Also, when I had doubts, their customer support responded my questions in a timely manner; I was so happy to see they paid attention to me (you do not get answers that fast everywhere), and now I am purchasing on Wsdear every time I see a product I like :)

If I could give more stars, because this store has a beautiful variety of products and the price is very affordable.

I will never order again for them! They don't care about there customer's, the lady who I talked to lie about e-mailing me a return label, so I can send my item back, all I wanted was an exchange for something else, since the dress I order was to small. So now I am stuck with the dress. They are a fraudulently company!!!

ordered 6 dresses from them for my daughters honor court. After sending me 1 dress a month later, they tell me they dont have the other 5, a month before my daughters Quinceañera. Horrible customer service.

If there was a selection for a negative star, I would have marked it here. I read the reviews on their web site and trusted what I read which was a big mistake on my part! They review must have been written by the company itself, because there is no way a real person would have said those things about the romper that I bought. I'm 5'10 at 145lbs and the romper was made out of the cheapest material you could ever imagine. It is truly a one wash wonder! I ordered a large in fear that it would be too tight. Well, the large was too small as well as you could see through the "army green" material. Then when I contacted the company, they acted like they were willing to work with me for a solution. No dice! I paid 25.99 for the romper and they wanted to refund me a "partial refund" of 7.99! Really? NO, let me back up a little, first they wanted to give 20% off on another purchase which would have been alright if your product was so flimsy and cheaply made. I was afraid to reorder! Then they suggest I return it to Timbuck Too China!!!! That was going to cost me a fortune, more than what I paid in combination of what it was worth. So I got time of fooling with them so I just told them to keep the "partial refund" 7.99 and I would make it my business to warn other unsuspecting buyers like myself about them! DO NOT BUY A SOCK FROM THESE PEOPLE! I would not be surprise is this is someone running this Dog and Pony Show Operation out of the trunk of their car in China!

This is April 23, 2018. We ordered a dress April 1st. Do not order from these people. We sent an email about 2 weeks ago, and they responded with 'it needs to be customized.' They haven't sent a shipping confirmation yet. They take your money.

Tried to contact costumer service, never heard a word from them.

Ordered a swimsuit from them and it never arrived . Contacted them a month after ordering and they kept telling me to “be patient” after a month and a half it finally shows delivered at a completely different address, and they don’t care to refund me or send me another swimsuit to replace the one they shipped to a wrong address . Awful customer service. This company only cares about taking your money.

These people have poor customer service and don't deserve people's business. I received something I didn't even order and got nasty replies when I tried to contact them. I also paid for expedited shipping and that didn't come on time either. Had the clothes fit I would have had no problem keeping them, but that was an issue as well. Very nasty people, they should be ran out of business quick.

The dress that I received from WSDear did not fit me and I asked them if I can send it back for a size bigger and they said no. I was super angry because it was a dress for a wedding and I was one of the braids maids. Anyways they said keep the dress and they will give me 20% off on my next purchase. I said all I need is a bigger dress and I want to return the dress back. They said no and I asked for a refund and again, no. The dress that I bought from them was $24. So in the end they said we will refund you $3. What the heck! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!

Ordered a dress from them for Halloween. Didn't expect it to arrive on time, but it did! Fits true to size. Decently made. It was perfect for our party! I was really worried after reading a lot of the other reviews. Sounds like the company is a little hit or miss. But it worked for me, and the price was right!

Merchandise is not at all what picture looks like. They won’t credit your account when you email them. Merchandise takes forever to arrive. They email you saying “be patient.” Very very poor quality- don’t waste your time!

i ordered a dress on October 2 2017 and received it today Oct 24 the dress has a large pucker in it in the back at the bottom of where the zipper is connected to the slip total waste of money. It is see through and extremely cheap. the saddest part is the took my money minutes after i ordered but took 22 days to get me an unwearable dress.

I contacted them a day after I ordered a dress because I needed it to be in sooner. They express shipped the dress at no extra charge, no questions asked!

That was a lie! So I contacted to pay extra to ensure it would arrive on time, they asked me to pay and extra $7 on top of the already $13 I paid for shipping only to find out they never changed the shipping order so now it's not going to arrive on time. Customer service is terrible! I want a refund and I'm angry you guys told me something that wasn't true. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE it's not worth the money or the time. You're just going to get ripped off.
