We regret that the overall cost of the purchase was deemed high. However, we would like to clarify that the order was placed for Israel, a destination for which shipping costs can be particularly high, both due to the geographic distance and current geopolitical and logistical conditions.
We would also like to emphasize that all costs, both product and shipping, were communicated and estimated before the order was confirmed. The customer therefore had full visibility of the total cost and freely chose to proceed with the purchase.
We understand that the final price may not have met expectations, but we believe it is important to distinguish between the prices applied by WRS and the logistics costs required for international shipping to certain destinations.
