Run away from this company

If I could give a zero, I would. They say free returns…not true. You can’t return. Their two phone numbers online don’t work if you can find them. The online return form doesn’t work. They gave me the wrong order number so I couldn’t get in. When they sent the real one, my email magically was wrong but worked before. I finally called my credit card so zeroUV wasn’t paid while I was being played with by them. Run, don’t use this company.

Alpha Boost-Not What You Think It Is

If you are going to buy Alpha Boost, beware! I should’ve known better when they called back 11 times in four days to get my order information as I did not complete my order online that was the first giveaway that I did not pay attention to. I ordered Gummies and they came capsules one of the six bottles safety seal was open. could not understand the Asian person on the other end of the phone conversation. Hopefully those Hollywood actors on the Alpha Boost commercial got paid a lot as I will never be able to trust them in future ads. So far Alpha Boost is batting zero as nothing is what they promise so far.

OnTech is the worst. Unqualified tech, hours late, and they demand a credit card upfront. I asked for an installation—they couldn’t do it, then charged me for a diagnostic I never requested. No service agreement, no receipt, no communication—just a hidden charge and refusal to refund. Completely dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

FitMyCar

I ordered a car cover from FitMyCar on 16/11/24. To this date 9/12/24, 24 days later, I still have not received it.
They always say 'your order is ready to be dispatched and waiting to be picked up by courier from our warehouse and we will send you tracking information.'

Spa Experience, Kensington (W10) treatment

Spa Experience Kensington treatment - Pedicure: Toes were immaculately groomed. Nails cut, filed and polished. Feet looked amazing. Shaunara was friendly, and gave maintenance tips for in-between salon visits.
I would highly recommend and will revisit.
Excellent job 10/10.

Dr Avinash Chenam

I met Dr Chenam at SB Urology in Apple Valley, CA. He is a Urologic Oncology Specialist who uses Robotic Surgery. I discovered first hand that Dr Chenam was an extremely capable surgeon, with a gracious bedside manner. The funny thing was, I had gone to Urgent Care for an issue that had nothing to do with my kidneys. Luckily for me the CT Scan exposed a hidden problem. Cancer on my right kidney! So there I was at Dr Chenam's office. Dr Chenam listened to my needs and concerns. Dr Chenam was confident he could help me. Which filled me with confidence in his ability and hope for success. Sitting with Dr Chenam, we discussed the best option and course of action that we should take. Dr Chenam said he believed he could save my kidney. And he DID! Dr Chenam said he would take good care of me. And you know what? He DID!
Dr Chenam was genuinely concerned about me and my health. He checked on me while I was at the hospital and called to check up with me once I was home. His office is quite busy. (Many of us in need of his help). Nevertheless his staff is very nice, personable and willing to help. I highly recommend
Dr Chenam and his office.

TAKING ADVANTAGE FROM PARENTS BY GIVING FALSE HOPES

Look parents after writing already twice regarding my experience with BYJU .
no one from their team bothered to call me or try to give my refund back.
so its high time you should understand BYJU just need money they don't understand kids need as per their capability .hard to make changes with them no teacher allotment .Teachers coming & going as they not loyal with their customers .
DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM .BYJU IS FAKE A SCAM TO TAKE ADVANTAGE FROM PARENTS WHO ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR KIDS EDICATION .

Trafalgar UK Tour

My husband and I joined Trafalgar recently for the first time to the UK from 5/27 through 6/15. There were 41 travelers on this tour so a large group. Unfortunately, Travel Director Tim failed to observe basic health safety precautions. Aside from an obscure announcement in his welcome message (very bottom of a list) he did not make any efforts whatsoever to emphasize the importance of health safety.

From Day 1, there was already coughing on the motorcoach and ESPECIALLY in such a large group, I relayed my concerns to Tim in private and asked him to reinforce this health safety point. He got very defensive and said that he had already communicated to the group but could not force people to wear masks because we were not in Covid times. He delayed making the announcement until Day 3, which made it obvious that he was not concerned at all. He simply couldn't be bothered by this issue. We were cramped in a motorcoach for hours on end, totaling 2,800+ driving miles, for a total of 19 days so I was baffled by his attitude.

While I understand that one CANNOT force the usage of face masks, all I asked was that he make short safety reminders at the beginning of each day. He even asked me what I would have him do, and I suggested that. He got defensive and said that he's been making announcements throughout the trip which he did NOT. That was FALSE. Aside from the online blurb, he made only ONE verbal announcement on the motorcoach on Day 3.

As it turned out, the traveler hacking away wore a mask for 2 days, then she elected to remove it, never again to be seen wearing it, while still coughing a great deal. She was very sick the entire tour but chose to infect the rest of us. At one point or another, travelers started to wear masks and said they were not feeling well. Perhaps she was not the only sick person, so it would have benefited us all IF anyone not feeling well would wear a mask from the get-go. At least 18 people got sick during this trip, many who said that proper precautions were not made. Directing people to pharmacies or chemists at some of our stops certainly did not nip the problem in the bud.

Unfortunately, regardless of how much precaution I took, I fell ill with a nasty cough. What a horrible way to end an overseas trip! I couldn't enjoy week 3 and the plane ride home was miserable.

I found Tim's lackadaisical attitude towards protecting travelers' health to be quite irresponsible. I didn't appreciate the fact that I went on tour healthy and happy, to end up ill and miserable. IF he had made reminders about wearing face masks on a daily basis at the start of each day, and I still fell ill, I would not be writing this review as I understand how travel can wear people's health down and I could have caught a bug on my own. BUT the fact that Tim failed miserably in even reminding people of this super important health protection suggests that he / Trafalgar doesn't care about the health of its travelers.

Interestingly, Tim spent a good 20 minutes lecturing the group why we should tip him and the driver well as that would help him maintain his lifestyle. It was to the point of embarrassment when travelers looked at each other in dismay and shock about his boldness and tackiness. Had he employed some of this same enthusiasm to encourage more health amongst the group, I would have agreed that he should receive a big tip.

Whether it's Covid or not, Trafalgar has the responsibility to help travelers prevent the spread of disease (cold, flu, etc). All I asked was for daily reminders and he couldn't even deliver that simple request. At least half of the people who fell ill would have been spared had the proper health safety reminders been in place. This is a fundamental point that Tim / Trafalgar refused to understand.

It's not far fetched to flip the table and think that even the tour director and / or driver could fall ill when surrounded by people coughing and sniffling without a mask. Would Trafalgar then pay attention as the expenses and inconveniences associated with sending replacements would affect the bottom line for Trafalgar??

Were it not for this enormous health safety hazard, we would be more than happy to consider repeat tours. For the fear of being proactive in health safety issues, Trafalgar risks losing business from health-conscious folks such as myself as many of my fellow travelers shared the same views. There are lots of travel companies out there so we have choices but Trafalgar is not making the list.

Disappointed Samsung customer service

We've had a washing machine for 4-5 months, and for some time now, it has been emitting a bad odor. We tried to fix it ourselves, but it didn't work. We called the service, and they made us try all sorts of things. We removed and cleaned the filter, checked if it was taking in detergent, recorded a video and sent it, cleaned the detergent compartment, and disconnected the drain hose to drain into a bucket. Then they made us run it again and watched it for 15 minutes. An entire day passed. They said they would get back to us but didn't. The washing machine ran countless times. Additionally, we tried several things and ran the machine multiple times, using up all the detergent. We now have a massive pile of laundry, and the bad odor persists. The machine developed problems in a short time, and they are not coming to solve it. We are really frustrated and regret buying Samsung.

Breakfast Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel

Breakfast Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel, Russell Square, London. We appreciated the much improved buffet layout of the wonderful array of foods to select yourself. Helpful staff offered alternatives and extras and brought excellent coffee and tea to the table.
