I have had 17 loans with “Spotloan” and…

I have had 17 loans with “Spotloan” and every one of them was paid back early and without drama. My current loan payment was due on July 30 but I made that payment early on July 23 using my debit card. Several days later I saw that your website did not reflect the payment so I called, and supervisor Edwin told me about some “glitches” and “dont worry, it will be fixed soon.“ Today, a week later, I received an email from SPOTLOAN with a WARNING that my account was past due which will cost me addl interest, etc. REALLY!!!???? I paid early and now I’m behind? With added interest? I called Edwin and he refused to get me a manager to speak to, and told me the same nonsense he told me last week. I have been a VERY GOOD CUSTOMER with you and don’t deserve this dismissive treatment. I will soon post an abbreviated form of this email on TRUSTPILOT, and several loan information websites as well. I am shocked that you think so poorly about your customers, especially the good ones.

I Have Experienced a Very Worst Service Of Airtel Network... I Guess, they Are the worst Network Provider According to many Recent Reports have Proved they Don't Actually, Work On their Service Quality..It Is Going 👎👎 Day by Day. It Is Completed Opposite What They Claim Always..Worst Condition Daily In Faridabad Or Nearby Areas Of Network..We Daily Face this Issue..They Wasted Our Time & Money Nothing Else they Do.. 👎👎

I have always praised our local Wegmans…

I have always praised our local Wegmans Pharmacy on their spectacular customer service which now is a thing of the past. When picking up my family’s meds today, I was informed by one of the pharmacists (which was very rude to me) that I can no longer request a specific manufacturer for any generic medicines and that they will fill it with whatever they have in stock. I did not appreciate being spoken to or treated as if I had done something wrong. To be honest, The pharmacy and the store have gone downhill in their customer service. I as well as many others will be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. TCM - Croydon

There is a Chinese herbal place in the Whitgift Center that I've always walked past and never gave it a thought, but when my wrist went again after the third time I had to take a second look. I went in on an emergency. I was crying with pain! I didn't even know they did acupuncture but I gave it a shot, lo and behold they did. I had the treatment and the massage was very painful. I reached home and the pain had reduced. Wow I thought I didn't expect that. By the third day I was able to flex my wrist more
By the next treatment date a week later I didn't feel like I needed any further treatment. My wrist was back to normal. This week I went in and he did my shoulder, here's the funny thing I have a real bad back I started to feel a really warm sensation down my back too. This place really surprised me because I've had a lot of acupuncture in my life and I've never been relieved so quickly. It's absolutely not for everyone, but in my case this place really worked for me. I highly recommend it, if you don't get any relief then don't go, but it's worth giving it a try!

Do not use this company they will stick…

Do not use this company they will stick you with the cost to return a item that they sent. It was the wrong item for my car. I spoke to customer service and was told that I would be reimbursed for shipping. I call back to get information on how to get reimbursed and was then told that they Don’t reimburse shipping. Parr cost $169
00 shipping was $145.00. They got me goog.

POLICY EXPERT/TRINITY CLAIMS

Whatever you do don't take out insurance policy with POLICY EXPERT who then placed us with TRINITY CLAIMS. If you take out a policy they will avoid paying out if you make a claim. I have just put in a claim for jewellery taken and foreign currency taken and the claim has been refused as it had to be FORCED ENTRY! Yet I have Police crime numbers and it was reported as soon as it was noticed. We have been with insurance companies for 42 years and never made a claim yet now that I do this is the result. All you get is "I'M SORRY" so I said SORRY is not going to replace what has been taken. I am disgusted with both companies and WILL NOT be using them again!!

YAKINTOSH GARDENS. LESVON . GREECE

Where do I begin. An absolute dreadful place to stay due to women who owns it being like the gestapo. Firstly very rude and arrogant attitude to all guests after speaking to people who were also staying there. No prices or menu for food or drinks. Card machine was always bring fixed tomorrow. ANTS coming into apartment through holes in tiles on unit every day . Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Air con was stated on advert but didn't work wanted 10 euros per night so open windows to get some air in heard washing machine on all night and her barking dog . So had to shut it up. Exhausted all day little or no sleep. Was sat at table having a drink in apartment as NO food or drinks allowed near sunbeds n pool. Told to GET OUT she needs to clean apartment. Clean towels only provide once during a 7 night stay had to hand wash them. Washing machine in bathroom but couldn't use without her permission. Told me off for the throw on the bed being damp from sitting on it after a shower. Moaned as I used a white floor towel mat to get out shower since the blue was was dirty not having it changed. Got electric shock off kettle that was my fault. Had a children's pool party all day sat I was there. She sat at the bar watching people all the time . There was a cctv about 3 foot away from where I sat outside the apartment to eat. Swimming pool had circular chlorine blocks in bottom of pool not in a filter . No disabled facilities. Other guests checked out 3 days before the went elsewhere . I finally did the same was told i wasn't suppose to leave I did I leave when I choose nor when u say so. She was livid . She took the table cloth off the table 3 days before I left . Obviously she was going to try n blame me for the scratches on it so I made it clear to her I put a towel on it n then said I am not using it anymore until the clothes on it. I packed my cases ordered a taxi left the key in the door and walked away within mins I was chased asking me where I was going I said I am going to stay elsewhere for the last few days he tried to force a taxi on me since the guy hires cars n taxis I said no thanks am done . I walked away n was chased by him saying you need to pay room tax 14 euros. So I said no cash use card again the facility card machine wasn't working he took me to his car hire place and I paid there by card he put the receipt in his,draw. Having spoken to locals it appears that they know all about the place and his car hire / taxi business. I recommend anyone to think seriously before considering staying there. EXTREMELY RUDE AND INTRUSIVE made me feel I was being stalked and on edge ALL THE TIME . Ooh n Jet 2 bus transfer had no air-conditioning and unable to open windows plus no toilet for a 2 hour drive from airport.

OVO. Amateur, incompetent and complete b@st@rds!

I have had ongoing problems with OVO Energy for over 20 months. The ombudsman has helped to resolve the problems.
I am now attempting to switch my account, but Octopus(my proposed new supplier) has twice received objections from OVO.
Yesterday, 28/06/24 I paid, in full, all outstanding monies owed to OVO. Despite this, OVO is still objecting to the switch.
What must I do to rid myself of OVO?

Nectar points

I was very disappointed to learn that I went through the right channels to book my hotel and flights with nectar and the points never came. I trusted nectar to automatically do what was offered. I even chatted with them after the transaction and they confirmed it was on my account. Now almost a year later.... which I shouldn't have waited that long...I chatted again and they said the transactions are not on my account. After explaining this story over and over again they offered me 500pts as a good will gesture within 24hrs. I waited and waited and another week has passed and still no points. Got in touch again and was told the operator had difficulty administering the points. After speaking to the third operator I got the points immediately. Come on nectar what's the problem here?
