Unprofessional

Two of my orders arrived incorrect after having to exchange numerous emails because Maree would never take a phone call or return one.. not to mention the receptionist was rude and cryptic. I was respectful and understanding the entire time, all was professionally resolved by Udi in the end. A year later I requested pricing updates for some products after some small confusion I was then completely ghosted by Udi and Maree. As the only supplier of my product in Australia I could no longer obtain stock. I missed out on a huge contract and have lost my business I have worked towards for 8 yrs.
