I ordered two screen door closers for a Wright Products screen door I originally purchased from Home Depot. They were quick to charge my credit card and I received a confirmation email regarding the purchase and about a week later a notice of shipment (from China). About a month later the shippers stated (I tracked the shipment) that the items were delivered and they were not. I could not reach the shippers and when I reached out to wrightproducts.com, my emails bounced back and my phone calls linked to a dead phone. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded my purchase and they are going after wrightproducts.com for the return of the money. Don't EVER purchase anything from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!
