We had a fantastic experience working with Andy and Jo. As first time buyers we didn't entirely know what to expect (we were referred by the estate agent), but their communication was excellent and Andy took the time to explain everything to us and to offer very honest and genuine advice which we hugely appreciated. We did shop around a little bit, but Wright offered the best value for money, were the most communicative, and offered by far the best turn around (providing us with the report within a couple of days). Would thoroughly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

Clear, easy communication and very thorough report supplied. Recommended by our solicitors after we had got a few quotes elsewhere, and Wright's not only were the best value, but also offered the fastest turnaround - delivering the report just a day after the survey - another local firm wanted 2-3 weeks to deliver the report post-survey! I have been a difficult client to please due to my very picky attention to detail and most probably fact that I am perusing same career path which makes me a bit of a perfectionist in terms of reports layout.
However, I want to put down my accurate experience to help however is in doubt of whether or not use Andrew services, they worth every penny.
Originally I was unhappy with a few things on my report and Andrew got back in contact and offered further assistance along with detail explanations of my queries. He has returned to the property and revisit my issues and offered me final clarity on the matter. I am quite pleased with the professionalism and turn around of the report as from the visit until it reached me it has only taken 24 hours which counts massively when you are in the buying process.
Highly recommending Wright Surveys to anyone needing a great surveyor and I most probably return as a customer in the future.

Our experience with Andrew has been excellent. We initially had a survey booked on a property which fell through. Andrew was brilliant throughout this whole process, liaising with the estate agents directly for us. Because of the customer service we recieved, we left the survey funds with Andrew and successfully had a survey done earlier this week on our new home! The survey is very detailed, with clear and easy to understand descriptions as well as lots of photos highlighting areas of importance. Andrew arranged the survey himself and also got the results back to us within 3 days which is amazing. My partner and I would highly recommend Wright Surveys and would 100% use them again in the future. Thank you again!
